I believe I should be unban because what I was ban for was a first offense. Now obviously what I did I should not have and lots of it is just common sense (if you don't to this then you wont get ban). I am going to start off by saying what lead up to the ban and then why I should be unban. First off, when I was ban I was ban for Item transferring (there is a script to prevent it). Me and a long time friend and ooc family member wanted to test out the new PK script. He texted me one day and asked if I wanted to PK one of my old characters, i said why not because I was not going to use it anymore, and why not have a good rp with it. So what we did was I mugged one of their chars in the crew so then they would have a reason and they could get a good clip for an edit or YouTube video (not really sure what it was for either YouTube or something else all I know is it was being clipped for something). So then once everything happened and the guy I mugged got set free, I went to drop the stuff I took out of the guys pockets and dropped it, once they were going with staff to get me PK active I went on another char and grabbed it. Not sure what I was thinking, I never Item transferred on this server nor even had the idea of item transferring/supported the idea, but for some reason on this day I clearly was not using any commonsense, especially because all the stories of the Permanent Bans and stuff due to people item transferring. I do want to mention that I did not actually item transfer but I did attempt it. During this time I was definitely bored and getting tired of many of the players and I just let out, and was being and idiot. If im correct I was also ban for meta-game which I do not recall doing but If they put it on the reasoning then it must of happened. Now onto the reason why I think I should be unbanned, I think I should be unbanned because while yes I do have some extensive POs, they are not for what I was ban for. I am also thinking about a new thing that I have not seen in the server which is the ZTP/1SP. The Zero Tolerance Policy and/or the 1Strike Policy is when staff and the person that the policy is being set for would agree the date that it ends and during the time the player has to revive and show the staff that being unbanned was not a bad decision and that they are worthy of what they did. I think this will allow staff to see if whom they unabnned is worthy of role-playing and being in the community. This ZTP/1SP is definitly something that staff should take into consideration and use on future bans, this will allow players opportunity to prove themselves to staff and for staff to not waste their time unbanning people, while on a ZTP/1SP players will be pressured to try their best and have good rp as well as not break any rules, and if any rules are broken then staff can instantly ban them. Usually the punishment is a permanent-ban thats not appealable if anything goes against the 1SP/ZTP. I think that this is a good idea and staff should start using it. If I get unbanned I will like to try out this ZTP/1SP and prove to staff that I should be allowed in the community. I completely understand what I did wrong and I hope that staff can read this and take my 1 Strike Policy into idea. I do fully acknowledge what I did wrong and I do believe that this was a big mistake that should not have happened. Originally as i remember I got banned for lying to staff and RDM it was a 2 day ban. But as I said I was hooked and didnt wanna stop playing so I tried to enter the server from alt accounts and got Perma banned. A while ago I was reminiscing about the times I had on the server and I realized how much I missed playing on the server. I completely understand why I got banned and my appeal being rejected after, I just want to say I am really sorry. And I promise I wont make the same mistakes again. Why should you be unbanned? : I miss playing on the server and do think I learned from my mistakes. And there isnt any similiar experience like this server on gmod. Loosing that made me realize I should be careful and accept punishment. I am really sorry and there is nothing else to say. You have multiple POs for PET abuse, and you still keep doing it. You came onto the server and used props to fling cars around, which killed numerous people, causing around 5 tickets to come in due to your negligence with PET flags. After checking your POs I decided to blacklist your flags.

Your friend kinda screwed you over when he was giving me a command stating "Stand Still for me" and tried to tie me up while you were pointing your gun at me. Also in your other friend's clip ( the one you linked) and my clip you can see everything in your faction pointing guns at me locking me and my friend in your establishment AND BEFORE YOU SAY THATS NOT TRUE AND GIVE ME FALSE FORUMS REACTIONS LIKE BIG BABIES YOU stated in my clip to "keep that door locked" at 12 seconds in the clip. You and your buddies kept the door locked trapping me and my friend inside I then take my gun out and put it on safety right after I pulled it out looking at a wall. In the mugging rules you can read how to initiate a mugging which I will post at the bottom of my reply. I would also like to state in every clip you can see everyone wearing a mask at the bottom of the imitating a mugging holding someone at gunpoint while wearing a mask is a valid indication to the victim. When your buddy first mugged me Here He didn't have a mask on at first died and Radio in (I'm pretty sure he confirmed it in the sit but I could be mistaken) leading you and 3 other people that isn't the guy that tied me up both times to come to the coffee shop where me and my friend were locked in. Your friend allowed us in and walked us into the basement and one of your buddies came in from the basement side and we followed him into the main room where the second mugging took place. I believe this would be consider a mugging because of the fact that Messi (the guy who tried to tie me up) came back to the same place he died within like 5 minutes give or take with a mask on and a gun on him and then tried to tie me up again for the second time with his buddies around him. You were pretty much caught up being at the wrong place at the wrong time due to him radioing in AFTER he died however You and 3 other people are pointing guns at me and my friend you can see it in the clip you posted and in my clip however the clip of your pov which you deleted but the admin who took the ticket recorded you couldn't really tell who pointing a gun at who. If your friend didn't tried to tie me up you prob wouldn't have been PKed and I do believe he was trying to mug me because there was no other reason to tie me up me and my buddy were trying to leave after he tried to tie me up the first time it was you who said keep that door locked. My gun was put on safety the moment I took it out however you and your buddies took their guns out and took it off safety apart from one. In RP it could be said you were defending your friend in a mugging even if you didn't know he was going to tie me up Messi screwed you over by telling me to stand still and then tying me up when I was under gun point and you were putting me under gunpoint. At the end of the day man its a video game you should be more mad at Messi for screwing you over if he didn't call it in on his radio and came back to the coffee shop to then try to tie me up again while you were all pointing guns at me you most likely wouldn't have been PKed. Also it being a fail mug isn't enough to be unPKed it states in the rule an admin can PK the char (and the group of muggers) placing the victim under fear RP The staff members overlooking this appeal and you can also check the rules themselves. sorry you got fucked over by your buddy and were at the wrong place at the wrong time but I think this pk should still be valid. My POV There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items - Holding someone at gunpoint or cornering them while wearing a mask which obscures your identity may also be a valid indication to the victim that you intend to mug them If a mugging violates these rules it is deemed a 'fail mug' and the victim is not subject to a PK if killed. Should the mugger be killed during a fail mug they perpetrated the handling Administrator may choose to still PK them as a result.
