When recruiting people, you might have someone train for you because you're a lazy sack of shit. Sometimes these trainings might not be done properly, yadada, and thats purely the fault of who told you to train right? But what happens in the case of people who don't get invited to the faction discord for example. Crucial step right there, because now you have an un-tracked faction member that can do whatever the fuck they want. Im yapping, heres my proposal. A faction "lock-down" option to whitelisting. Factions may choose to enable or disable this, basically it will not allow anyone to be whitelisted to your faction (staff cannot whitelist TO faction) UNLESS you have C menu recruitment permissions. This will stop the leak of random low level associates/interns from being able to just go "@ whitelist this guy" and causing problems, under the faction whitelist. Maybe I'm just a horrible faction leader idk, but I've caught a bunch of people just blatantly racket abusing recently in my faction (Brown and Sons Co.), yet I cannot do anything about it, other than just unwhitelist them and get staff to note/ban/punish etc.

the people who ended up cleaning the crime scene were both Underground Association members as they turned the body of the guy you killed into a gif. If UA is gonna investigate any meta gaming cops I dont think it'll be on our side. Edit after the fact: I was wrong turned out it was commission people just assumed cause of the pictures

Hello! I was the faction leader who ordered your death. I ordered your death because you had ghosted us, and you hadn't paid kickups in a long time. When you were initially brought into my faction, you were taught how to make drugs, therefore being too much of a liability to keep you alive. Had you and your friend attempted to contact us ICly, we would have welcomed you back with open arms.

+1 but the faction management system in general needs an upgrade. Maybe have a menu in f1 under the business tab that lets you manage your whitelist as a fac lead. maybe have different positions on your whitelist that have different permissions, access to certain racket items (guns, drugs, etc.)

Later I found out the reasons were nothing to do with attempting to get out but we're Gambling Crew taxes, Mugging HC, Refusing to follow Orders from HC, None of which they can prove IC. TLDR: The takahashi metagamed, they found out ooc that I was attempting to leave and pulled out invalid reasons. my crew taxes have always been paid on time, I have never mugged on my char, nor refused to follow orders. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: (By metagaming I mean using discord vc's as IC reasons to PK me instead of actual IC reasons.) I was apart of the mugging that caused your PK. may i add through seconds 30 to 33 you can hear you joining a discord call i find it strange that me being tasked with cleaning up the scene and the casings is troubled by two cops. Two cops that seem to have characters inside your faction may i also add they arrived before the body spawned Both trey reed and Isiah Borgen have altoviti Characters and they constantly where running in and out of the clothing store. Im gonna dummer this down You get killed at clothing store two cops in your faction show up after you join a discord VC that just sounds like blatant Metagaming. You screwed up going in the back room you screwed up not compiling you Severely screwed up telling ur friends in a discord VC. This is a message to UA in this Comment Please check the Logs of when these two cops Changed to there characters. Add a backpack system so we can store more things on us like guns or just more baggies so we can sell our drugs quicker, and store more drugs on us to put in our bank when doing a drug deal or drug trade.

On a more serious note, you weren’t mugged due to the escalation between the two alliances. You were mugged due to all the shit talking you do and even coming into businesses on your DANNY COSTAVA character and generally just minging around, multiple IC photos of you were taken. Also, the mug was approved by a member of upper administration.

PKs are not always clear cut and dry, there's a lot of factors and not every single one of them follows the rules, the only blatantly clear ones are VCWP (did you or did you not hit a cop), during this time of conflict and the large list of things that Crazy is doing wrong in this mug aren't that obvious, but they do still exist, and that's why we're all here today on this thread. There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging: - Attempting to Zip tie someone [Does not apply if you BAIT people into tying you by saying they may or by stealing their items, therefore forcing them to tie you to retrieve them.] - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint to pull them to a secluded location for a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items Note that you must have a valid reason to place someone under FearRP (See FearRP rules), initiating a mugging is a valid reason to hold someone under fear RP. That being said, you may not avoid punishment of dying in a mugging by claiming you were only holding them at gunpoint and not mugging them; since that would then invalidate the fear rp reason and become fail RP, at which point you'd be subject to the same punishment as if you died in the mugging.

The people who cleaned up the body where all in the same faction as us same whitelist and everything and i was one of them you can check logs i tried picking up the casings. but Please dont comment on topics you are not apart of. Clarification I was at the mugging I volunteered myself to pick up the casings and they where crim chars.
