What is your motivation/reason for applying?: *I have been a member in Diverge for awhile now, I've wanted to make this application multiple times, but just never thought it was the right time. As I spend more and more time in server, I have had incidents where staff is extremely tied up, or are AFK. I would personally like to help alleviate and help take some stress away from staff by applying myself, and helping in everyway possible. I am a great Team player, and work well with others, and am not a hard person to get along with myself. I feel as if I would be a great addition due to me being a Mature individual, none Biased person. I am also almost always available and on during High, and Low peak times, so I would be able to assist in almost any scenario. How do you handle this?: If a ticket comes in, and a On-Duty staff member fails to take it, I would then take the ticket, as long as I am no way shape or form involved with the Situation. I will even go as far as to get a second opinion from another staff member to ensure no biased actions where taken. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Gather Evidence while actively making aware to Higher staff of the Situation and their conduct on as staff. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: I was attempting to get out of the takahashi kai, Today I talked to someone privately in a IC meeting in which they told me they would get back to me to no response, I messaged someone else on pager asking for a update to being told it wouldn't work so no, I wakeup and get onto collect kickups like a amazing capo would and I get blicked in the basement. Later I found out the reasons were nothing to do with attempting to get out but we're Gambling Crew taxes, Mugging HC, Refusing to follow Orders from HC, None of which they can prove IC. TLDR: The takahashi metagamed, they found out ooc that I was attempting to leave and pulled out invalid reasons. my crew taxes have always been paid on time, I have never mugged on my char, nor refused to follow orders. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: (By metagaming I mean using discord vc's as IC reasons to PK me instead of actual IC reasons.) What if we had a 1980s physical trading pit that would be used for open out-cry auctions? The products that would be traded would likely have to be some kinds of public commodities like oil, metals, agriculture, etc. We'd have to come up with an actual use case for the products outside of the exchange so that there would be demand for them. With oil, as an example, we'd likely have to change the way it currently works as there's already a set price and a riskless way that oil can be redeemed for, and thus an exchange would probably not be needed for it as there's already a determined fair value for it. We'd also have to establish a clearing firm that's responsible for guaranteeing trades and managing counterparty default risk. Thus, people that want to trade would have to apply for membership to have access such that the clearing firm can make sure the counterparties will pay their debts and just in general maintain an orderly market-place. Anyway, this is a very ambitious idea that would take a lot of work and would most definitely require a bigger/more complex city economy to be useful, but would be a lot of fun.

When a High Command Member dies, why would I not promote the next person in line who is fit for the position? As Capo, you had all the opportunity to recruit and grow as well as be promoted into the positon yourself. You could have presented your ideas in meetings, but all of a sudden, now that your character is gone, you want to bring up faction-related information and attempt to make yourself look like a good crew leader on the forums, and attempt to tarnish our reputation although I'm sure and you are not the first and will not be the last. Initially, when I had asked you about taxes and you had stated to me that it was my problem to go around and collect taxes from people instead of going to your enforcers and proceeded to argue with me about how I should go around collecting taxes when that is your role among many others as a Capo which if you needed help with you could have asked at any point and time instead of deciding to get upset.
