In the Diverge Content pack there is a list of props that you can use for your role play within the city. There is a section that has a cross. But for some reason the cross is not able to be spawned. I don't see a reason why it shouldn't be able to be used during role play. I think it should be added in the game for the priest's and people who love Christ in game. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Me and my friend mugged and kidnapped 1 guy. We stripped the guy off all his clothes so he only has a white shirt on now and we also took off his phone, drugs and his weapon. After this we locked him up in the bathroom hands tied. 2 minutes later, Someone shot the door. Me and my friend thought it were the friends of the kidnapped person. 1 minute later, the door was open and we thought it was lock picked. After I peeked the corner I saw police. The police did not identify themselves from what I could hear inside the room so how could I have known it was police in the first place. The police shot immediately and you can also hear it in the video. You first hear the shotgun and then the shots out of the desert eagle. In the clip of the police officer there was a guy telling him there was someone being kidnapped and only wearing a white shirt in our room. There is no way someone would have known him being kidnapped and definitely not him being a white shirt now, because we stripped him off clothes inside the room. The only persons who would have known are me, my friend and the kidnapped guy in the bathroom. He also voluntarily went inside the room because of a drug deal, so no one also saw him being kidnapped and in cuffs or being stripped of his clothes. So all the information was inside the room and for some reason with a closed door and walls around the room some guy outside of the room knew exactly what was going on. In the staff ticket, this guy lied to the admin (Falcon) and told him he only heard shots, but there were no shots fired in our room. This is a blatant case of meta gaming. I made a staff ticket and the admin did not even want to hear my side of the story and immediately pked me because I shot at the police even though the rules state if police started the engagement its not a pk if you get killed. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or escalated to a shootout. The issue here is the meta gaming. The other person had specific information about things that happened inside the room. I already explained it in the pk appeal if you even took the time to read it, but according to your reply you didn't. No shots were fired prior to the police breach. A PK is only given if you are initiating a mugging and did initiate a shootout or a violent confrontation with the police. According to the clips, the act of mugging was already done and transitioned into another action(Kidnapping). They shot first and did initiate a shootout, being armed in anticipation of an unknown threat is not an act of violence and not 'initiating' a shootout. The information that the police and the other guy had could have only came from meta gaming, as no one outside the room would have known these details. If you even took the time to watch the video, at 00:29 you can hear the guy telling the police information that is impossible to know outside of the room. Meta Gaming influenced the whole rp situation and made the situation unfair, that lead to my PK. This PK should be repealed as the reason for this PK is based on meta gamed information, which is not allowed to be used IC and made this whole situation invalid.

First join, September 17th, 2023 Last Join: December 4th, 2024 Play time: 22 days, 16 hours, 11 minutes, 14 seconds Total Bans: 6 Total Notes: 6 Ban time: 20 days Ban time as % of Playtime: 88.20% 6 Bans, 6 notes, 14 months, on average 0.75 punishments per month. Last year you were banned exactly on the 23rd of December. You were then unbanned on the 25th of December with the reason 'christ forgives you'. What makes this year any different? I have a sneaking suspicion that you believe our leniency on Christmas will get you another 'get out of jail free' card.

I also wanted to point out ingame, there is a set of props with 3 news papers boxes and a city mailbox. You could set ingame that any one of these newspapers boxes just repeat the last event/pk or the last 3 depending on which box you press or just have them potentially setable by staff to display a custom message. ( So staff who do PK messages could set them. ) 'Daily 'Union Times' 'Messenger'

I think the server could benefit from a trading ui added to the c menu and request a trade and you can only see what they offer (LEGAL ITEMS ONLY) some pro’s would make it so it will lower the chance for it to fall through the map and a new QoL thing Pro’s- add’s a easier way to sell or trade suits or things you need (not including guns or drugs or anything illegal since it would ruin alot of police things) Con’s- would need a whole new thing to be made or added Most likely need a lot of testing before hand to prevent glitches and possible duping using it if added

Hello, I pk'd both of you. I've also explained like 3 times in the admin sit exactly why you guys were pk'd as well as after the fact in DMs with even another reason. I don't know how else to explain this to you if you can't understand the fact that not only did you recently mug someone and were pk active, but you and your friend both had guns up on your door with the police breaching (Literally nobody else can just kick your door open other than police; you'd hear lockpicking if it was a civilian raid), then I don't know what to say anymore. Your friend opened fire on police and with both of your guns up, now is not the time for police to ask questions, it's a fat RIP.

@WaffleDevs First of all, Nobody is "Pk hungry" he knew the rule and died, which was Completely his fault. Another thing is you didn't see the entire scenario as I chased him forever it felt like and tazed him at least 30+ times. Some staff member can pull up the logs on my Tazers if you don't believe me. Also it clearly states this on the forums Character Appeal Rules You may only make one appeal per PK, if you are denied you will be unable to appeal for that character again. You must appeal within one week of your character being PK'd, appeals posted after this time will be automatically denied. You may only comment on an appeal if you were DIRECTLY involved with the situation leading up to the PK. You must follow the provided template for the appeal, failure to do so will result in an instant denial. You had no involvement you should not comment.

There was no metagame, all involved parties' stories lined up. Your neighbor was firing off rounds, someone made a 911 call right outside your room, an officer was nearby and said he heard the shots as well, called for backup. That's probable cause for ghetto doors to start getting kicked in, especially the ones near the 911 call, this is the last thing I say on this matter as I feel like I'm a broken record at this point.

i walked in without lockpicking the door or having weapons drawn, he opened the door himself. this is not considered robbery/raid. the door was not locked. When i walked inside there was no confrontation. only after i was inside he confronted me with a shotgun drawn. i did not force myself inside his room. also Omerta please mind your own business.
