Fairly simple, I think all of the static properties, billboards, vending machines, chest tables, phone booths should be purchasable by players and they should be extortatable, used for control and managed as passive income investment properties. I have mapped the city to give an outline of what that would look like based upon the city streets and arbitrarily assigned numbers to the specific city locations, I'm willing to do work such as to take pictures of each location to create a purchasing catalog. +1 He has been gone for more than a year; it is reasonable that he could have changed. With 16 RDM Offences he played on average 36 hours without RDMing, meaning that he likely played for weeks straight on the server without any offences and is simply prone to killing those who piss him off in one way or another but are not permissible under the rules. It is not unreasonable to draw that with the amount of RDM compared to his high playtime, Pappy has intended to play seriously but has often made mistakes, with those he killed likely not being RDMed in the sense that the killings were in actuality random, but those he killed out of annoyance or grievance but were incompatible to the rules. Pappy should be allowed to come on Diverge oncemore.
