Length of ban: 1 Day Permanent Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): Dispute Why should you be unbanned? Let me start by acknowledging I fail mugged someone in a zone where an NPC could see us. This was an honest mistake on my part, and I’ve reviewed the rules to make sure it doesn’t happen again. I’m appealing the ban because this was my first offense (no prior warnings or admin sits) and the punishment seems harsh for the mistake I commited. I've played consistently since I joined last week, created multiple characters, and even purchased donator status to show my commitment to the server. Despite that, I was banned for a day without any prior warnings or offenses. During the sit, I offered to return everything to the person I mugged, as I was unaware that the area was a no-mug zone. I wasn’t mass-mugging either and I was careful to wait over 15 minutes between each attempt. I understand the all actions have consequences, but I feel that a one-day ban for this first-time mistake is excessive, especially when I’ve seen more severe offenses handled with verbal warnings. For example, last week I was in an admin sit with an officer that broke multiple rules to raid my property without cause (they just kicked my door down out of nowhere), and despite losing all my items and disputing the situation for hours, they were only given a warning. In my case, I made a genuine mistake, was sincere about it, and even offered to rectify it during the sit, yet received a ban with no previous warnings. I respect the admin team’s work, and my goal isn’t to undermine the rules but to ask for reconsideration. I believe this situation could have been resolved with a warning, and I would assure you it wouldn't happen again. Thank you for your time and consideration. EDIT: After my 1 day ban was issued, I made an impulsive decision to try and rejoin the server on alternate accounts. I was frustrated and wanted to clarify the situation with my main account before logging off for the night, but I should have gone through the proper appeal process instead. I was immediately banned on my alts and my 1 day ban was updated to permanent on my main account. I am deeply sorry for attempting to rejoin, and I just hope you can understand how I was feeling at the time. I genuinely love playing on this server and roleplaying as all my different characters. Over the course of almost a full yeah I've had much time to reflect on my action. I realise what I did was wrong, as I foolishly acted for personal gain. I'd also like to formally apologize to the parties of which I targeted while staff and ask for their forgiveness. I write this appeal in good faith so I may rebuild the trust the community once had with me. I loved my time playing diverge with my friends, and wish to experience it again. I've taken my time away to gain insight into both my actions, but also my time with the community, of which I wish to enjoy once more. Finally, I want to display my reform and make amends to those whose experience I negatively impacted, and would like to express my remorse I feel towards what I did to them. I do not expect for this appeal to be accepted, but I wish to continue to take steps forward towards re-joining the community. Before I do my "banning admin here" blurb, do we want to talk about the two alt account attempts during your 1 day ban?

Goal of suggestion: Add variety of guns and melee weapons to craft alongside the P226/Shiv Why should additions be made?: A bigger variety of guns should be able to be crafted to utilize more guns in the content pack. This will open more gates to grinding available to all. These weapons obviously shouldn't be Class 2+ except for just maybe 1 thats hard to get etc. These guns added should be ones not in a factions racket to make the grind feel real. And this addition would probably bring more attention to the crafting system as it has more purpose. List of weapon ideas: New Model Army Contender STG44 (This would be really hard to get and time consuming) SOG Knife Hatchet Machete Entrenching Tool Why ruin the value of these "Rare" weapons?: The rarity of these weapons bring 0 value to RP and makes no sense to keep these mediocre weapons rare (obviously the STG is good but its just an idea) the only people that would be mad about these weapons being able to be crafted are those who have been sitting on them for over a year and never touched them. Why bother going through the hastle setting it up?: Why not its something different! Obviously the additions dont have to be exactly what i said but an expansion would be cool :))))
