Hello, A couple of notes to rebuttal your argument: He had their f3 prior, I can confirm they were driving around together for quite awhile today. Talking to the individual that killed you, he did not have a weapon on him, and there is no rule that states they have to immediately attack you. There is a pk cool down timer so he had time to obtain a weapon and attack after. Cool down timer is 30 minutes, you had not changed clothes and it is pretty common knowledge that people go to the water after a PK to ditch a gun or to hide out. There is no proof of metagame, and the person who pk'd you I would be highly surprised if that was the case. The guy who killed you does not have a commission faction. I said I was on the fence but there was more reasons for the pk then I could see for not pk'ing. Your clothes were not changed, but you did stand there picking up bullet casings in the middle of the street for awhile giving the guy plenty of time to not medals etc. You performed this pk in the middle of the street with multiple people standing around.

I believe after the 2 I killed were asked to give their names to him to hunt me down. continuing, I made my way to the docks to put my gun in the bank and disperse from there not to go to the barge. But bc of the whole, you have to wait after using a gun to put it into a bank. I headed to the barge. Why didnt he kill me when I was stuck at the ATM if he followed me. I do not believe this guy followed me to the docks, somehow metagamed. Because when I was returning he had just arrived at the docks. I was at the barge for a good 5 minutes before making my way back. Boom himself told me he was on the fence about this PK. Even if I was wearing the same outfit it is a very basic outfit and lots of people wear it so how would he have known it was me without just taking the right guess that it was me that was PKd. Boom said he followed me but I didnt see any proof of that, and I hope Boom was given proof if true, of that and I believe there may have been some metagaming. Please look into the guys that were all involved in my PK bc another question is did any of these guys have chars in commission factions. More specifically the guy who killed me. I'm not exactly sure why I got banned. It says something about LTAP, but honestly, I can't remember LTAPing. But hey, let's figure it out together. I hopped on the server, started off as an Italian character for a bit, then switched to my Blood character. Got into some RP, had a couple of shootouts (all started by the other guys, mind you), then left the hospital. I got a bit trigger-happy, shot randomly, even at a parked car, got myself killed. I laughed it off, had to step out for some real-life stuff, and when I got back, Discord message saying I'm banned for LTAP. I'm scratching my head trying to figure out which part of this is LTAP, if any. And come on, I used to be staff here and will return. You really think I'd pull something like that? Plus, I swear the ban came like 20 minutes after I stepped out. I just wanna know what's up with the ban, and if I messed up, I'll own it and apologize. Neither did I, if it means anything. Like I said, I hadn't made any real correlation so it was what it was to me. However, I completely disagree with not being ready to lead a faction! On top of my connections, I do have another solid HC member I didn't feel a distinct need to mention. However, since you bring it up as something for me to be ready, I'll bring him up! He's not only a former capo of the very same family my friend was from, but he's an extremely dedicated individual that assisted in making a lot of our rituals. He's well known in the Lucchese faction and worked a lot with Sanzensekai and Takahashi-kai. We have him as one of our capos at the present moment and he has months of experience with keeping ground-level employees properly organized. I hope the Cassanos get approved alongside us! I think we could have a very fruitful relationship if we could just get past this whole playtime issue. I look forward to when we can eat from the same table.

Hello! I really have no clue what @niko is talking about as I am the only Cassano who has commented on this post, and I have not immediately -1ed or +1ed and instead asked you questions and tried to figure out if you are fit to running a faction. The only true negative 1s are from niko ( not sure which faction he is apart of ), and charles and drainer who are not Cassanos. That being said, I have come to the conclusion that you are not ready to lead a faction yet, I think once you amass a bit more play time and more then one solid high command member you will be ready, but at the moment I see a potential of this being one of those factions that dies a week after it gets dropped because the friend group leading it gets bored.

-1 I am not at all a cassano advocate like most of the people giving you -1's and I really do like the concept of this faction but I do not think you have nearly enough time and connections to run a faction. You said your highest position was made which is not a bad rank by any means and Im sure you worked hard to get there but the responsibility's of a made man are incredibly different than those of a boss and I think you might be really eager and excited right now but I assure you without the connection and experience not only will it be hard but the chances of you succeeding are very low. Im not say to never try and run a faction all Im saying is maybe right now isnt the best time and you should try to work your way to at least a capo position before trying to do something like this.

In the event someone is pk'ed wrongfully and the PK is later reversed do they simply lose that item? The Item is duplicated? The staff must spend their time tracking the item down & the person that obtained it loses it? Risks to rummaging through a body? Targeted pks for items? Fun in theory, probably more annoying in practice.

+1 History speaks for itself. Most factions that are around that long, fall on hard times once in a while. The Cassano's have been one of the pinnacles of mafiarp for many years in the past, there's no reason it can't return to its former glory.
