I’ve played Garry’s Mod a fair amount and have previously been staff on Cosmic Networks (Dark Rp Server), so I have a pretty good understanding of SAM commands and NutScript. There may be a few server-specific commands I would need to learn but should be no problem. I have had plenty of nights where I have been active with no staff on over my time. Also I have had a lot of free time lately and would love to kill some time while helping out. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I am Active and Reliable. I also have previous staff team experience via other servers and always willing to lend a helping hand. I have also been around the block long enough to understand the rules of the server and how shit runs. Do you have any previous staffing experience? I was Senior Staff before I had left to Bootcamp back in the day. Just looking to maybe be on a staff team again. Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: Id say I am Fairly known with a good reputation. I dont have problems with anybody on the server and Id hope nobody does with me. Id hope others think kindly of me. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: I love Racket Events as well as player made events like the auction we had about 5 months or so ago. I should Probably throw my wedding in there as well (cause if my wife saw I didn't she would probably kill me), but there have been a lot of Moments I had on Diverge that keep me playing but if I had to choose It would be those 3 listed. Have any staff members recommended you? How do you handle this?: First I’d make sure it was actually RDM. If it actually looked like RDM and another staff member wasn’t already dealing with it, I’d go on duty and handle it normally. Get both sides of what happened, check logs/evidence and go from there. If they did RDM, I’d give whatever punishment fits based on the rules and their previous warnings. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would start Clipping and gather evidence of what’s happening first. I wouldn’t immediately go around accusing them of staff abuse if I don't have the evidence to back it up.. If it keeps happening and I have enough evidence to show there’s actually something going on, I’d bring it to the staff management above him and let them handle it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It defiantly is Probable that there would be some bias if i were to take the ticket but I would try my best to view evidence and proceed as follows. If there is another staff member on I would have them take it rather than myself due to there being possible bias. If I am the Only staff on that could take the ticket I would handle it like any other sit. He was subsequently fired from the PD and arrested on an Attempted Murder charge Yesterday. You guys are literally handshaking in the middle of the situation, do you seriously think that just because you have a mutual handshake with your friend at the scene you're entitled to protect him? Let's say you're entitled to do that even if the guy shared his name while being arrested. Let's just pretend that never happened. 2. There's no rule that allows you to kill officers just because your friend is being arrested and you want to save him. You can only attempt to protect your friend if you're certain that the charge is a FELONY. If the charge is a misdemeanor, you cannot kill officers over it. "You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.). You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer" There's no way the white shirt in the clip could be arrested for any felony charge and even if we assume there was, the person who recorded the clip doesn't even know the guy's name (F3). I just realized one time I got rdmed by someone but when he was shooting at me randomly I tried to shoot him back but I died then I reported to the staff member and they told me since you shot back it’s not an rdm from his side, and that I could’ve reported the rdmer and not shoot back at him. And now in the clip it shows a minge cop arrested my friend then I shot him then he tried to shoot me but missed. So it’s the same situation.
