Maybe when someone isn't serving time but in Penitentiary until court decides the outcome, they can be uncuffed so they can roleplay inside and MAYBE have phone calls rights too w a payphone like this guys cell decoration or prisoner requesting to do a phone call. If staff dont want cell pk's it can be automated through a NPC which warns you to remove anything you can equip to kill someone and if all conditions met automatically teleports you to visitation room with prisoner that accepted the visit request for 15 mins or so on.

Hi, The larger issue is that you killed two police officers, and then disconnected from the server 3 minutes later. In some circumstances, this would be grounds for a PK, so you are lucky if anything. Initiating a shootout or violent confrontation with Police can lead to a PK. Killing or attacking an Officer after initiating a violent confrontation leaves you PK active from officers for about 15 minutes. In terms of the RDM angle: You may attack Officers if they attempt to Arrest/Detain you or a member of your group, knowing that an arrest or detainment would lead to a FELONY charge (Having illegal guns/drugs/etc.) You are PK active after shooting/killing an officer. If the player who's F3 you had was already gone, then there is no arrest or detainment in progress, and killing the cops would be considered RDM. In this case, it would be possible to look past that, as you had taken a risk by killing two police officers and there was also prior context, but you then disconnected to avoid any potential consequences of what you had done, which tells me you did not fully intend to accept the risks. You have prior notes for RDM, RDM on cops, and LTARP - with all of this in mind I, and the other staff whom I discussed this with, believe the ban is fair. I believe you have about 12 hours remaining on your ban, so you can make it up to Kosher and Lee soon enough.

The issue is: YOU ARE WRONG! On so many levels! DJ Calamari here, I have been working on prison reform since I was held captive for 24 hours on a bullshit embezzlement charge. I was left in a cell while they arresting officer KNEW that he had no evidence to book me let alone win in court. I was forced to remain cuffed in my cell, and yet I still found TONS of fun in the RP. I understand the worry/fear of not letting Don's or higherups to meet with other mobsters or criminals, but to put it simply that is not an excuse to deprive people of their rights. YOU, as the member of PD, have a HUGE database and info that you can use to decipher weather or not you should let that person in for the visit, another KNOWN criminal visiting them? Sure, don't let them in. The persons family member, who shares the same name and BLOOD with them? Let them in and see their family! Wife or Gooma? Husband or Side-Dick? Let them in! Another great example is people wanting to speak to their lawyers whilst being on the DOC team and not being allowed to speak with them because they are already incarcerated. Alot of this fall onto the PD simply being disorganized and most of all, LAZY. Probies, officers, and higher choose not to do anything regarding prison because it would cause them to do more work than sitting around, watching and profiling minorities, and ultimately causing shit with citizens hoping to catch a body, a ban, or a tan! You could designate certain times of the day for Yard time, chose one of those cells and put the inmates in said cells. Let them walk, talk, mingle and jive. As for "In cell PK's" as stated by several other peoples, I do not see this being a problem like you think, especially if the police do their jobs. Cadet's and Probies are not allowed to leave the station as is, this means you already HAVE people to be guards (with supervision from higher ranking people of course!) This will give new officers a chance to learn and deal with erratic people in a confined safer space, it also gives the higher ranking officers a chance to see how each person acts and reacts and gives them an idea of how they will act on patrol. Anyhow we definitely need prison reform and more prison RP, because cops fucking suck and are lazy chuds that have no problem arresting you for life, but of course they got a problem with taking care of you for life.

I was promoted on the fly mid-ticket and was never trained nor supervised for any of my 80+ PKs during my time and even then I had the means to figure out that I shouldn't be spawning a body mid conversation with police. You LITERALLY continued to switch to your NYPD character to pursue and KILL the SAME guy you spawned a body for, hello, UA?
