You denied Shrek appeal bc monaclu said that we heard someone from your vc was talking and it was my own clip and I was the one who was talking to myself in the clip. So why are we changing the subject that you saying that me talking to myself while I was panicking is a lie?

I completely understand, and to be honest, I think I would've come to the same conclusion if I were in your position. However, like I've said, I genuinely wasn't in the Discord VC and was only banned because of a misunderstanding. I understand why, from an outside perspective, the situation looks suspicious and why Tupac's appeal made you think I was in the Discord VC. However, that simply isn't true. I am not the person being referred to as being in Discord. You can see that from both my own clip and his clip. And just to make it absolutely clear, I've never used push-to-talk in my life. It was a misunderstanding, and he meant to mention Shrekmeat as the one who was deafened not me because I was not in the VC during the mugging.

You were using discord whilst mugging, regardless if the situation didn't need speaking ingame you were still in a call speaking talking to people you were actively "RPing"/mugging with. You were conveying information over discord that could be easily used in character. This could've been all avoided if you just stopped mugging whilst in VC, its pretty simple. I don't think your panicking excuse is true, you're just trying to get out of a ban and I don't believe you should receive an unban.

So by the looks of it the ban was a mistake, but you cannot deny the evidence I was provided isn't damning. You could have push to talk on discord for all I know but from the clip you shared you were giddy as fuck in the mic and I didn't hear you through Flyingcow's video so I think it is fair the ban gets lifted. Unlike the other two you weren't in a discord call and I made an assumption you were alongside them in the monkey business. Just took a gander at @Jairzinho's appeal and he claims you were in the discord but "deafened" it is very easy to set up a push to talk and take off discord audio on medal clips, I am still unsure at the time you were metagaming. But from a guilty mans testimony you were also in a VC with them making your whole story false

What my friend said is true there was no reason for him to be banned, Bullets only banned him because he was with us during the mugging

I can confirm everything my friend said. He wasnt aware of the situation and he was banned despite not doing anything wrong. I was the one at fault and I even paid to have my ban lifted. However he was completely innocent. The only reason he got banned was because he came along with us for the mugging but he was never in the Discord VC. The staff member who banned him most likely assumed that he was metagaming with me simply just because he was with us in the mugging but he wasnt, we are sorry for dragging you into a situation like this

I had no idea they were in a Discord VC while we was mugging them. One of the two other banned players can be heard speaking in the clip (Tupac) and the other is the person who recorded and submitted the footage (Shrek meat) so I totally understand why they were banned. However I don't understand why I was banned for metagaming as well when I wasn't communicating with anyone through Discord in any way. I completely understand why the situation might look suspicious from the outside but I've been banned based on an assumption for something I simply did not do. I've been playing on this server for a long time and I'm not someone who goes around breaking the rules anymore. I know very well that if I had been in a Discord VC during that situation something like this could happen which is exactly why I wasn't. And then at the end I saw a blue vehicle thought it was a cop so I was panicking and saying there’s cops coming while I was deafend because you can see in the clip I didn’t stop or pause my clip to undeafen and tell my friends there’s cops, and bullets thought that I said cops are coming on discord. And then when I went on top of the roof to call for a pk on the people we mugged, I looked down there’s no cop was around us and that’s when I undeafend and asked for my friends for their clips for the pk so that I can call an admin for an pk. And also Trey Baker who got banned for metagaming he was talking in game while deafened too. Any 3rd party Voice / VOIP program is considered OOC while in the server. In order for you to communicate with other players you must use in game chat or voice functions, we added radios for this exact reason. Coordinating anything IC in a third-party voice program is metagaming and will lead to a ban and/or a void of an RP situation. Nothing was coordinated OOC as the person who said the cops are coming run was joking, from the clip bullets has you can see that the mugging was done fully IC with no outside information given or used. I didn't state the point clearly enough and mixed in my opinion with it, so you might have missed the point I was trying to suggest. Which is just 'clarify the rules for coups", Giving a small cushion for random players who are in every other manner said to have no stake in a faction is more or less just my opinion and frankly doesn't undermine the original point of clarification simply for nothing other than moderation and being able to do shit properly in order to prevent flubs/fuck ups due to a fella doing smth wrong., it's also not me saying "lalalala no lying lalala hugbox coup bad mafia bad NO roleplay!!!" of course, it's the mafia, people lie, people do XYZ, i'm not gonna act like people haven't snaked before and will snake again.
