What server rule or PK rule was violated?: The circumstances of my pk seem conspicuous. For context I had left the Colombo's after the Don of Kosher paid the Colombo's for me to leave 3 months ago. I've now been pked all this time later. The Colombo Don at the time of me leaving told Jar I could leave after receiving the payment (which was paid). Additionally, based on rule: "This 'left faction' reason is valid for 2 weeks after the individual leaves your organization. If you failed to notice or care before those two weeks expired then clearly this person was not important enough to warrant going after. (Exceptions made if they snitch, falls under a different pk reason) However note that the target not logging on does not affect your ability to place the hit in-game. So give the in-game order before the 2 week expiration, regardless if they log in or not and you will still be permitted to carry out the hit later down the line. (Be careful! If they have already joined a new gang you may have to have an in-game sit down to sanction the hit or you may risk damaging your reputation with the faction they are now in)" it seems as though any reason for pk would be invalid. Because of these reasons I believe this PK is unfounded.

Can we please get a way to change our voice range! Let us toggle between yelling, talking, & whisper. This has a ton of potential, you could do walk and talks safely, whisper on the phone, or yell across the street. Some rooms aren't sound proof, that's no longer as big of an issue if you can whisper. Yes you can type, but typing with never be as immersive or cool as talking in voice chat! This has a lot of potential, think about it........

Hello, We prefer that players on this server read the rules and understand them before doing things such as raiding/mugging/scamming, the rules are very clear when it comes to what is- and what is not allowed. Not knowing that the server is protected under the American 1st amendment (stated in the rules with exemptions) does not mean that you can disregard some parts of the rules such as leaving to avoid RP while raiding in order to just "avoid" the confrontation that stems from your actions. Hello, The clip that was provided to us by the party that was scammed shows you admitting that you had stolen the clothing, regardless if it were the truth that you were mugged or not, you had admitted to scamming and stealing the clothing. The clip that you had provided us through this appeal; while not having audio, still shows that you were speaking when you entered little Italy. Given that the person who was pk'ing you had people helping him, they managed to identify you through your voice. Obviously this led to you being shortly PK'd. In real life thieves looking to quick buck get a angle grinder, floorjack and rip the Catalytic Convertor out for 150-300$ payday by the scrapyard all within 30-90 second time period. Certain factions with auto shop, warehouse, chopshop properties would have extra roleplay added. How it'll work: It will take 10 seconds since its a videogame, cars despawn etc. etc. Then the auto-shop, chopshop or warehouse you take the catalytic converters to will buy it off you making a price like 100-300$ just as in real life, and sell it to a NPC for 700-1500 making sense to own a industrial spot. Victim pays repair price for new Catalytic Convertor. Adds a reason to leave out a sentry to watch the cars, adds roleplay and crime and interaction between players.
