Or yall just fight and annoy the same 3 factions because they are embargoed…. you guys also just run to rumor chat to say shit like “ faction flag up” “pull up at ghetto” it’s been a year of the same shit. Note that I was there when you got hired, and you explicitly told us that you'd be only doing oil on two separate occasions, one being the time you double checked with us Outside of this, you should be checked for racket abuse, but I haven't gotten around to actually asking staff to do so. What server rule or PK rule was violated?: this pk was a plot from Wembley after I learned of his plot to snake me once the cartel faction came in. Since I learned of this, I gave all available items to friends as I planned on (and did) delete the Character. After wembley saw i took 3 custom items from him, he flipped out, and went on a rampage, trying to get me out of any and all factions. 2 days ago, I joined taka and started repping the tag. Yesterday I was killed and Yugi would not tell me why. Today, from an anonymous source, I received the attached image. This shows that the underlying motive of my pk was due to an OOC beef, that is entirely one sided. If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines:

I think the issue with trashing, firebombing, or raiding, is that there are a lot of low iq retards who would abuse this more often than not, and I don't have too much faith in non-UA members to make a sufficient ruling. I think we do need more escalation and options to escalate, but I think in most cases it should stay a UA matter. But stuff like this would probably be fine for Administrator+ to handle.

The thing is, you cant force people to be enemies you cant force conflict between factions. From how i envision this, its not going to inherently stop large embargos or positive relationships with non allies. What it will do however is let shit happen between factions that have beef but nothing ever happens with it. For the factions that are currently embargoed, instead of not being able to do much other than verbally shit talk that leads nowhere. They could get kicked out of a restaurant and in retaliation, roleplay dumping trash over the restaurant and spray paint without needing to be in a UA approved war escalation. It would give people who are embargoed roleplay and something to do as well as the people embargoing something to do. In the regards to positive relations with non allys, this isnt going to stop your don from pking you for starting shit with a faction they’re friendly with. However what it could do is lessen it, if a guy from a non ally faction im cool with talks shit to me and threatens one of my guys, instead of going to the don and being like “hey u should get rid of that guy” i could go “hey he did this so I'm just gonna have my entire faction find him and beat him to death for fun”.

Massive +1. This suggestion makes the MOST SENSE roleplay wise, especially with the provided examples. People are itching for more RP and situations like these are perfect. I have several people who I’m friendly with OOC, but we create in game disrespect/“conflict” that can be roleplayed out in order to make the roleplay game engaging and have meaningful roleplay. This would enable factions to have more reason to stay in-game and participate in role play scenarios. This also lessens reliability on OOC stuff and discord since you will need in-game interactions (proof with clips) to further escalate.

Salary System: We claim that we fixed our economic and roleplay issue by having a senior and junior relationships, with members having quotas to fulfill and investments are made by higher leadership. We have claimed it kills lone grind problem as seniors need to feed their juniors with money constantly rather than being lazy and letting them go with money at start of the week so there won't be any breakage. This pushes to work as groups thus promote more roleplay and ORGANIZATION within ORGANIZED CRIME ring of ours. Events: We dont have scheduled forced socialization events, they happen naturally when people is together which is how it should be.
