She’s a very nice women who I’ve gotten to know these last few weeks, I’m thinking of proposing to her, right now she’s going though a court case for murder as a police officer but after she serves her time we plan on getting married! So can we please have a little more conversation and discussion on why we hate such an amazing women?

Why should it be returned?: Ok so I made an appeal the first time a little bit after it happened where I challenged mainly the merits of why my prop perms got took and that got denied. Although after a month I've had a bit to reflect on it, and I think there are some apologies owed here. I sat and I thought on it a little more and I believe the real reason why my perms got took was because the rock kept falling off my truck and landing in traffic, which briefly created an interruption in traffic. Whether or not that is correct, only monaclu can really answer that question. I believe my perms should be returned because I can personally attest and it is my strongly held belief that I've become a bit more educated and informed on the rules and rationale behind why my perms originally got took. I know that might be a little hard to believe where its only been about a month since this happened, but I've made more progress and ive been doing better at adhering to instruction and authority, despite my own objections. I realize now that, even though I believe monaclu was being rude and unfair to me when he made that decision, it didn't give me any justification to just continue doing it immediately after he told me off for it. I also think that granting me my perms/flags back would be a good idea because I also kind of need them for my job in the government. I'm a magistrate judge in the UCS and part of my job is doing Summary Hearings/Duty Court and holding court proceedings ingame at the PD, and where the courtroom isn't really pre-furnished with seats for the judge, witness, or bailiff, I bear the burden of setting it up before these proceedings. Where I don't have perms to spawn in chairs or signs or anything thats kind of crippled me from doing these things. Overall, I think ive grown and matured about the whole thing alot and I think a second chance with my flags would not disappoint anyone. Monaclu if you read this just know im sorry for being an asshole in my last post, I was just heated that u didnt really tell me any of ur reasoning behind it and then kind of dismissed me when I said I was gonna appeal it. just know I dont have a grudge against u or anyone else and I definitely will not do it again.

I was originally banned for 4 days for leaving a roleplay situation to avoid RP. I understand why I was punished for that and I’m not trying to dispute the original ban. Looking back, I should have stayed in the situation and dealt with the RP instead of leaving. That was my mistake, and I apologize for it. The reason I ended up permanently banned was because, while I was serving that 4 day ban, my roommate was also playing on the server from the same dorm as me. Since we were sharing the same internet connection, I understand why the console may have flagged the accounts as ban evasion or an attempt to bypass my ban. However, I was not the person playing on the other account, and I was not attempting to bypass my punishment. We were simply in the same dorm room and using the same network. I understand that this probably looks suspicious from the server's perspective, but I wanted to clarify what actually happened. I take responsibility for the original rule break and understand that I deserved the temporary punishment I received. What I’m asking staff to reconsider is the permanent ban that resulted from the other account being detected on the same connection. Why should you be unbanned? - I enjoy playing Diverge and would genuinely appreciate another chance to play on the server. If the permanent ban could be reduced back to the original punishment, or replaced with another temporary punishment that staff feels is appropriate, I would accept that. I apologize for the original RP avoidance and understand that if I’m allowed back, I need to follow the rules and handle situations properly instead of trying to leave them. Your clip shows that at 4 seconds you turn towards the crowd and at 5 seconds in, accelerate towards the crowd. The rule I feel broken here: Do not intentionally run over users for no valid reason, targeting people on sidewalks, cross walks or in traffic stops for no valid reason is VDM. If you accidently run someone over in the street it won't be considered VDM if the staff member deems the opposing party at fault. If you see someone in the street and intentionally aim to run them over or fail to attempt to avoid them it will be considered VDM regardless of them being in the street or not. You make no effort to avoid this crowd, the police chase you mention definitely did not warrant running off of the road into this group. Please take this time to read the rules and come back a better player from it.
