Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I think I should be considered over other candidates because I am dedicated to helping the server and making sure that players have a positive experience. If so, why?: No Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: With the 2 days I've been here I feel like I've become pretty known throughout the community. I try to stay active interact with other members and maintain professional whenever I'm in the server. From my experiences I believe most members see me as someone who is chill respectful and willing to help people when needed. I always look to represent the community in a positive way and continue building a good reputation. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: The Police Cells. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: If I were off duty and witnessed someone RDMing I would first gather as much evidence as possible such as recording the incident or taking screenshots. I would avoid interfering unless it was absolutely necessary and instead handle the situation through proper staff procedures. Once I have sufficient evidence, I would go on duty if appropriate and investigate the situation fairly, listening to all sides involved before making any decisions or taking action according to the server rules. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If I noticed a staff member repeatedly abusing their powers even if it was not very noticeable I would begin gathering evidence of the incidents to ensure I have accurate information. I would not ignore the behavior mostly because they are the same rank or higher than me. Once I have enough evidence I would report the situation to higher ranking staff members or management so it can be reviewed fairly and professionally. Staff members should be held to the same standards regardless of rank. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: If a ticket was made against a friend or a member of my faction I would handle the situation the same way I would handle any other report. I would review all available evidence listen to both sides and make a decision based on the server rules and the facts that where shown to me. Since I know the player personally there is a possibility of bias so if I feel that my relationship could affect my standards I would pass the ticket to another staff member to ensure the situation is handled fairly and without favoritism. Fairness and professionalism is more important than personal relationships. ---------------------------------------------------------

two things here, one I haven't baited any cops or been arrested on my character(If logs were checked ive never been charged just detained) and two they had the talk(as of and I haven't interacted with any cop since that moment, please if you could show me some evidence that proves I that I cop baited after the talk(6/13/26) ( then id gladfully understand)(PS I was mainly playing my cop recently until i suicided him so if you have proof within the last 2 week of me cop baiting that was after the knicks won id like to see that it was me) and if unable to I will consider a UA ticket

Hello, I am the admin that set you PK active as a result of your faction's leadership ordering a hit out on you. They said you had been bringing heat to the faction by baiting the police and messing with other factions. They apparently had a talk with you about this, and you failed to correct the behavior. When you get hired into any faction, you are shown this prompt: You understood the risks then, they are no different now. Good luck on your appeal.

Some attachments are clear what they are made for, others are not whatsoever. Some of these vague ones include: Obviously this causes an issue when there is no way to tell what weapon these go on to, nor if the weapon is even currently available in a racket. This wouldn't be such an issue in real life, obviously either the gun store would know or it would be clear by looking at the attachment at least what kind of firearm it's made for. However we don't have this luxury in game, we simply have the grey case. Simple fix of adding a short list of what weapons the attachment is made to go on, only for attachments made for a specific few guns. The list could be put at the bottom of the attachment description, obviously isn't necessary for things like most scopes, suppressors and most ammo types.

I think this would be a cool idea if it was high risk, maybe you can do two bricks at once and play a crazy hard minigame or lose both bricks. 5 is crazy though lmao.

Hi You have previously somewhat appealed this case via a Commissioner Ticket, in which Dong, who is both PD commissioner and a Seasoned Administrator, denied your request to overturn the blacklist. A few other things worth noting: Hoovis is correct that you would require staff approval for any and all force pleas, this is to prevent powergaming, and is generally handled quite quickly and efficiently by the staff team. Hoovis is however not completely right about the 30 minutes thing - the requirement to undergo the force plea process is a player who will not comply nor interact with the arrest/cells rp Regardless, a staff member must be involved in every force plea. Furthermore, it is commonplace to recieve a blacklist *and* a ban - Just as it is common to recieve a PK and a ban for, say, mugging character. It is not one or the other. In terms of your latest response, you can make a staff report via the forums, too, if you feel necessary. With the opinions of other members of staff, and the decision made by Dong in mind, we will be denying this appeal, and the ban and blacklist will remain.
