What is your motivation/reason for applying?: Since the day I logged into Diverge for the first time, I was hooked. This is the only roleplay server I play, and I care a lot for the quality of life for the players and for the community's integrity. My primary motivation for creating this staff application is simply because often late at night and in the early mornings, there are either 0 staff online or so very little staff on that there are simply not enough staff to accept and handle player tickets. Mass RDM, VDM, and large groups of minge players are very frequent when bad actors notice there are no staff present in the server. I also don't work a 9-5 and have a very adjustable time schedule, to say the least. I also love this community, genuinely, and I'm looking for a break from crim RP and may even consider staff-maining. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have a very open schedule. I'm patient, tempered, and listen carefully. I don't have bad blood with anyone in the server. I don't really take insults personally or become 'angry/upset' because of such comments as 99% of the time players are simply frustrated, upset, looking to start an IC escalation, or simply a minge looking to get a reaction. The last note I received was for RDM and that was all the way back in November 2025. Somehow after roleplaying as crim main for 9 over months I have not received any other notes for any offense, and I have hospitalized MANY people since my note from 9 months ago. I was surprised to hear how relatively clean my record was when I asked an admin last night about my PO's. Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): None Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: Metagame - permanent. This was around mid April 2025, about 1 month after joining. I was banned for metagame because I quite literally did not know what OOC and IC were, to me, they were the exact same thing. Essentially I had zero concept of what roleplay was. As to why it was extended to permanent instead of a few days was because I disrespected the banning admin, never let him get a word in and told him "I don't give a fuck If I get permabanned". The banning admin was more than patient with me as I believe this incident lasted around 30-40 minutes, and the admin was genuinely trying to get me to sober up/clear my head in that moment to try and get me to understand what was happening. But this was a great learning lesson for me, as I no longer drink alcohol because of said incident. Thank you, Fox. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I wouldn't say I am very well known. I would say I'm known to a small amount of people, but not "well known" by any means. I'd like to say my reputation is pretty solid and respected. I don't have people go out of their way to harass me nor do I start problems with people nor do I ever try to make someone's day worse in Diverge as everyone joins this server to have fun, not to log out upset or with a grudge against another player. This isn't because of dumb or irritating comments on the forums, but rather because a few months ago DopeAsRoe jokingly wrote on Diverge general to go and mass dumb react a user on the forums and multiple players and I went back and forth in a dumb reaction war. Ironically, mine is -133 because DopeAsRoe dumb reacted all my posts.... I feel betrayed.. but that's ok. What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: My favourite moment on Diverge was crafting either the 1st or 2nd MG42 during the 2025 Christmas event mostly from scratch and a little bit of help from other people. My 2nd favourite moment would have to be ranking #4 on the month long winter event in December 2025. Have any staff members recommended you? Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would continue playing out my roleplay until I am available. I would get on my staff character and analyze the situation. However, this is actually a question I've always wondered. What if there is an RDM and no ticket made? "Friends" RDM each other with "permission" all the time, and don't make a ticket. This is something I'd need to be mentored on by experienced staff members. Regardless of all I wrote, RDM is RDM and has to be dealt with. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would document with as much possible evidence, report to upper administration and go on from there. Staff abuse is possibly the worst thing that can ever be tolerated. Staff abuse slowly kills all servers on ANY game and I have zero-tolerance for it. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: It would objectively be an inherent bias, subconsciously. Your mind might want to be lenient or let them go because they might be your friend, but I would quite literally treat them like any other player. There is no bargaining or any of that sort simply because we are in the same faction. If player did RDM, he will be dealt with the same as any other player regardless if it's my faction, an allied, faction or an enemy faction. Yeah Frank the Wop your friend here probably promised to give you Faction Funds to your Main Character if you help him out in a orchestrated coup you were in a faction 4 days you weren't even active you were just waiting for Andy's green light to strike so you can make a great deal. You simply have no IC Proof of your knowledge of Andy's PK. You guys switched to your Supreme chars the same second someone gave you metagaming information which I am pretty sure only Staff could if they spectated. And basically there is no valid argument from you Andy just sends the private medal clip where Tupac and Don are talking about PKing Andy. And while he wasn't on the server at that time before he was set PK Active they got killed. And I repeat again it doesn't make any sense "my character learned that he and the Don were working together to remove me. Because of that, I acted before he could act against me. Okay realistically why didn't you PK them back then when they got the money from Knowledge when you "found out" but you waited for them to go against you, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever, both you and your friends loaded in at the same time which is weird went on Supreme Chars and PKed both of them. I don't understand you saying "It's not about the money" when you clearly said the main reason of him dying is he failed to obey the orders which you asking politely doesn't look like an order honestly. And now the weird part kicks in when Tupac and the Don of the faction were talking alone nobody knew about anything it could be very possible that this was metagamed, and I am pretty sure that would not be his first time. Like I said in my previous appeal, I'm not going to spend another two hours responding to every false claim, but I'll clear up a few things. 1. This wasn't a coup. You tried to remove me and failed 2. I never tried to fill the family with my own people. The players you're talking about have been in Supreme longer than I have 3. For the last time, this was never about the money. You went behind my back, tried to remove me, failed and now you're doing everything you can to undo it You're bringing dead characters and other people into the Supreme Discord, giving them Capo permissions to try to gain a majority, re-adding dead characters to the Supreme Pager, and banning me Right now you're just trying to confuse the UA with irrelevant OOC information, false claims and loopholes. I've already explained to the UA how my character found out and I have no obligation to explain that to you. Faction Don here: Yes, I was 100% going to PK Noir. However, him finding out ICly just simply isn't the case. Regarding this, there were only 2 Supreme members online when we had our conversation because it wasn't orginally supposed to be about Noir. This meeting was setup privately and with no security or advert letting anyone know where we were going to be, what time, or even what day it would happen. The topic of Noir came up because once again he made decisions on behalf of the company the day of the meeting and I had grown tired of him doing this without first making sure everyone was on the same page. This has been a constant issue with him since he was given the position of Underboss which was clearly a mistake. Noir has grown increasingly more power hungry as the days have gone on and has attempted to put people from his pocket in key postitions within Supreme to attempt a coup. This as well as jealousy caused him to act out yesterday and abuse his powers to destroy the faction internally. Noir was upset that the old faction Don had given someone else money and clothing items that were not Noir's to begin with. Since day 1 of being UB he has tried to pit key members of the faction against eachother. This has created so much distrust between the Consig, Underboss, Streetboss, and Capos. Noir thinks just because he is in this position that everyone has to listen to him no matter what and he can make any amount of decisions on behalf of the company as a whole, just to get his way. For example, attempting to force another member to build a dupe at a location we don't own because he said he got it approved with the owners of the building. Come to find out this was a lie. The other company had no idea this was taking place, and this whole scheme was just Noir trying to give commands that control another players hard work. Then last night happens. Noir somehow "finds out ICly" that he is going to be promoted to civilian. So to jump the gun, like he always does, he took all the faction funds and then killed 2 of our members before the orders for him were even active. Tupac and Freeman, both AFK, are killed. Noir probably has orders on other members of the faction as well, waiting for them to get into the city. This is without a doubt an attempted coup. Unless my Consig is lying to me as well, he does not have majority in the company to take over. This whole situation is a young man acting like a child because daddy didn't give him enough love. He felt abandoned by the last don leaving and wants the money for himself. He simply saw Tupac wearing shit he couldn't afford that the old Don gave him and snapped. He didn't kill them for a reason, he killed them because hes a higher rank.
