You shot a guy in the car without warning him. You had already left the server by the time I handled the ticket. On the given clip you ran after his car as he was pulling away. Your friend asks 'why are you following us man.. like we are some kindof attraction man''. To his response 'I'm not worried, bitch out man'. At which point you just opened fire. No warnings were given by you or your friend and you positioned yourself right next to his car and follow him to shoot. If he was threatening you overtly, you need to provide evidence and give multiple warnings. Show your side, post a clip. Non of which I saw on the offending clip, you also didn't escalate either by physical confrontation. This was also a few minutes after you got PKed by an officer in sewers, so the assumption of a crash out seemed valid to me. You also have the phonebook of staff punishments on your record influencing the ban length decision.

Duration: 1W I would like to dispute this ban because I believe important context surrounding the incident was left out. The incident in question occurred two nights ago near the Car Dealership. I was with my friend Joe Dirt, and we were walking around and talking when a grey Trackhawk approached us. The driver initially began talking with us, but the interaction escalated into insults and eventually explicit threats to kill both me and my friend. Because of this, we attempted to disengage from the situation rather than escalate it. We walked away from the Car Dealership and continued toward the area behind the Casino near the benches and parking lot. Despite us leaving the original location, the Trackhawk followed us and continued making threats and insulting us. At that point, I believed the situation had escalated beyond simple verbal harassment. The individual had followed us after we attempted to leave and had repeatedly threatened to kill us. I did not know whether he was armed or whether he intended to act on those threats. Because of this, I believed there was a legitimate possibility that the situation would escalate into an actual attack. After the individual continued following us and making threats, I drew my weapon and fired. My intention was not to randomly kill or RDM the individual, but to protect myself and my friend from someone who had followed us while repeatedly threatening our lives. I understand that, without the preceding events, the shooting could appear to be an unprovoked attack. However, I believe the preceding threats, pursuit, and continued harassment are important context when evaluating what happened. I also want to point out that I was banned while I was not in the server, meaning I was not present to provide my account of the incident or respond to the accusations before the punishment was issued. I am therefore asking that the incident be reviewed using the full context, including any available recordings, witness statements, logs, or other evidence showing the preceding interaction. I understand that firing a weapon and killing another player is a serious action and I am not claiming that the situation cannot be reviewed. I am asking for the circumstances leading up to it to be considered rather than treating the shooting as an isolated RDM incident. Based on the threats, the continued pursuit after we attempted to leave, and my belief that the individual intended to escalate the situation I request that the ban be reconsidered.

There was no powergame by police here, no grand conspiracy or staff shenanigans, you simply squatted in a property you could not own. Cops investigated it as it was still seized, found you, you opened fire immediately and died. If it was a clientside, because you had 700 pings or whatever this is still a PK, we don't unpk for clientside issues. Further, the images you submitted to try to claim it was a clientside issue were very clearly edited and you could not provide solid evidence besides the single altered freezeframe. You also tried to pass off a picture of Townhouse 3 that you only purchased after dying, as the one you died from. ( You died at Townhouse 4 ). Your appeal has been reviewed and denied. We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified. You may not re-appeal this PK.

Hi, so to elaborate more on both the map and the mugging scenario you're referring too: Yes, the bush there is intended as a red zone. It is a high-risk mugging spot. The issues with the mug in question lies more in the seclusion of the mug. As DutchCat had stated, the mugging was not secluded. Initiating in a yellow zone is within the rules, but not with witnesses present. The mug was initiated with 2 bystanders in Line of Sight (LOS) and assumedly both La Trattoria and La Volpe open and operating as businesses. Before tying is even completed, there are now 2 more bystanders - in this instance 2 police officers. Upon completing the tie, there is now an additional bystander. Overall there are 5 witnesses in clear LOS at the bare minimum. To pull some rules for you - 2. You may not mug in a public place, you can, however, pull a weapon on them and bring them to a secluded area to rob them (This can only be done when there is no one else around. 6. The goal of this image is to help reduce fail mugs. It is a good guideline to follow, all rules listed in this section will supersede the map and staff have the final say regarding what is or isn't fail mug in a sit. That is to say that the seclusion rule (2.) supersedes the map's designation of the bush as a redzone, in this case. And from the map itself - Hopefully this works to clear up any confusion around both the outcome of the appeal, and the designation of the location as a redzone. Uhm this is actually really freaking making me super upset and angry it’s like you totally lied to me about being a feminist because this seems a little bit like you want women to dress more scandalous and that’s not very feminist but also I think I would probably really enjoy seeing them walk around in that especially that blonde lady cop with the thick accent she would look really good in these outfits and now that I’ve gotten to this point I think this is a really good idea and hopefully more women will follow their dream of being a police officer and I can make sure they get lots of training by you know being the one they like put in cuffs and stuff it’s something I’d do not in a weird way but more so a way to help their career development thanks! +1
