Hello! As explained by Ace and what appears to be understood by you, you were PK'd for char abuse / metagame. A PK of the benefiting char and a ban for the player is the normal action taken in these instances. While reviewing your appeal and your player history, myself and other UA recognize that you are a long time player but with a low playtime. Due to this and your apparent sincerity, we deemed this to be a case of ignorance versus malicious intent. With that being said, we will be reinstating your character. However, it must be recognized that this a case of us granting grace, not a matter of the PK being invalid. Because of this, you are using your one chance. You were well aware what you were doing was illegal. A cop began to speak to you. You acknowledge yourself that is the reason you chose to leave. That is the definition of Leaving To Avoid RP. Hey there I was the admin that banned you, I will not be taking it back as in the clip you left immediately, You are also arguing with me over my ruling in discord as you admitted in discord you left to avoid the cops after they confronted you on the roof with guns in your hands. you and another left to AVOID dealing with them which in my eyes is still leaving to avoid a punishment. You didn't give them a chance to even interact which shows me you knew you could either A. be in trouble for carrying a class 3 that i think isn't a permitted open carry. or b. you left cause you didn't have a license and didn't wish to deal with the confrontation. So i am sorry but you left while knowing the cops we're gonna be starting a interaction. I will not be lifting it.

Theres so much potential with the crafting system its actually mind blowing along with it creating a more actual set economy around crafting items, silver, gold bars etc actual purpose for people to be searching through trashcans, paying civilians to obtain them goods etc I use to have a whole operation of farming weapon parts with people, growing weed etc and with a more flushed out system it could become a whole "business" opportunity around factions to do other things and work as a collective there could also be a cycling out system of once and a while a rare opportunistic craft this also would just prevent people from farming for holiday events and remove a lot of bloat items just floating around in banks etc

+1 expending on the crafting system could be great and could expand on the economy and make it more fun! Like a weekly NPC that changes items to craft for every week, it can motivate players to grind for some items and make them more interested in playing which can eliminate potental burn out for same stuff every week.

Hi, Generally we try to stick to a 1 warning system for PET flag abuses. In this case, ignoring any potential debate as to your intentions - you abused your PET flags and caused multiple player deaths, and a large disruption to roleplay. It is my opinion that this doesn't constitute full removal, as you have not gotten any prior notes or bans on the server. Please bare in mind that this will still remain as your only warning, and further abuse will result in a blacklist from the flags. a better crafting system would be sick +1

The server needs a better crafting system. It’s been bland for a long time and it feels like it’s always the same exact stuff a few pistols, armor, gold, and silver. After a while it gets boring and there’s no real reason to even bother crafting. It would be way more fun if there were more variety like random craftable items that rotate daily or weekly and keep them limited like how people buy them from the vendors, That would keep things fresh and give people something new to work toward all the time. It would also help players who don’t have a ton of money, because they’d have a chance to grind and craft cool stuff instead of always being stuck with basic shit. Adding things like rarer guns, explosives, and other cool items would make crafting actually feel exciting and worth doing. It would give people more reasons to play and keep the server feeling more alive.

+1 While I know that this will certainly be UA mega alliance faction #1,000,000, this is still by far the best application i've ever seen, and it seems serious and reasonable without straying too far from the norm.

I know the clip makes it look like i pushed the car into a group of people on purpose i am to blame for what happened. At the time i just wanted to move the car out of the road and onto the sidewalk I did it in a careless way and did not think about how using props on a car can be really bad. That was a mistake on my part i get it now that using a prop gun on cars like that is not safe and its against the rules no matter what i was trying to do. I am not trying to say it was not my fault or blame someone i did something that killed people and i know that's why i lost my flags. Since this happened I have learned to leave cars alone and not use props near them i do not want to hurt other players again this wont happen again. I am not asking the punishment be forgiven I would like to get my flags back someday. i really like playing on the server and i want to keep playing without causing any problems.

+1 14K-wise and PD-wise, you've shown me that you're a genuinely good person who truly cares about doing things the right way. You admit you're not perfect, but you always try to make others laugh and have a good time. Server staff should be accountable while still being fun and willing to commit time to the community. I believe you're capable of doing all of these things.

When I tried to move the cop car towards the sidewalk and mechanics shop it unexpectedly flipped caught on fire and killed 3 people I did not intend to commit RDM it was an accident and i genuinely didn't know it could result in that. I now see what can happen by using the prop gun with cars and that its dangerous and against the rules I wont do anything like that again. I'm completely fine the the RDM ban but if possible I'm asking to have me flags returned. I enjoy the server and want to continue playing. thank you for your time.

Hi, In this case the killing was unjustified. It seems to me that you allowed a crime to happen, so that you could execute a suspect. I understand the concept of a detective doing an 'eagle-eye' type investigation, but any kind of work like this should be explicitly to make arrests, not 'hospitalize'/kill players. You should always be attempting arrest, the player was not an active threat to you or others, and you witnessed the full context of his violence and would have known as much. You could have attempted arrest - I realise one defense would likely be 'I can't jump from a roof during roleplay and risk my life' to which I'd say - why weren't you working with officers on the ground to respond? Realistically, this scenario is you waiting in hiding for players to do anything that gives you the slightest reason to shoot your gun. This isn't something that works or is allowed on 1990's Mafia RP - more of a 1940's vibe, lol. It is the opinion of myself and other Seasoned staff that this was RDM, and with your extensive priors you certainly know better.
