I’m sorry, but I really do recommend a 60 day ban minimum on Crazy even though I am not staff. I’ve had previous interactions with him on different chars and they were all negative, seriously, I also can look at blacklists on multiple discords and that the stuff you write to people is insane. After seeing these clips and hearing his voice I now who ix_crazy_ix is and sounds like. Crazy, while I was recruiting someone into my faction and giving him extra money to learn Yiddish he wrote in rumour “so we learning Yaddish now” and kept writing. He then proceeded to grab a white truck and ram into our deli Jennay did her job perfectly fine but somehow this turned into a debate where it appears that crazy has been caught in being a super minge all around asshole and now you’re the one getting banned. I don’t know your prior offenses but Coco wrote #permaban so it must be pretty bad as if all these clips alone weren’t enough. peace out Diverge.

What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been playing on Diverge for the past 9 months, with my experience I've come to notice that there are some time frames where tickets can take up to 20-30 minutes (experienced this when I got my first PK), or times when there are 0 staff online / staff online but AFK. As someone who regularly plays Diverge, I can help the community during the dead hours when there are no staff active. The Majority of my time on Diverge is early afternoon and or late at night, i work night shifts so I like to hop on Diverge to unload, i am used to seeing the server >40 throughout my days and nights. My ideals with being in diverge have been to be kind to the community regardless of how they act. I want to make sure that they feel they are being properly treated within the city and all around have a good time. Watching the community through my time of being here has brought me so much happiness and helping them with any issues would be a dream come true. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: In my over 1 month of playtime in Diverge I have kept a nearly clean sheet having 4 notes, 2 of them being related to PET Flags from me being an idiot (I'm sorry Darnell ), 1 for a pamphlet I made, and 1 for RDM (which I believe wasn't right but I'm not here to fight). In my eyes, the time I've spent in city vs the amount of notes I have helps prove that I keep my nose clean. I've grasped all of the rules and I believe that my knowledge of these rules can make sure tickets are dealt with properly and unbiasedly. I am able to get points across with little to no backtalk regarding serious matters due to my manner of speaking and how I give them the news, which can be helpful against rowdy folks who don't agree with my decision. How do you handle this?: I will wait for the ticket to be taken, if there are currently no staff available or it has been a few minutes with no I will take the ticket, collect evidence, and deal with the situation based off of given evidence. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Collect as much evidence as possible of their actions, anything that can be used to make sure they are punished for their actions. When I believe I have gained enough evidence I will submit the evidence to UA where they will be able to properly deal with the staff member abusing. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would start by asking for any evidence, anything that can help figure out any details that are needed. If there is adequate evidence that proves that the person did indeed RDM and minge I will properly deal with the situation, depending on the severity of their actions it could result in a note if there are no priors, or if it's a serious offence it would result in a ban. Regarding the "Does it constitute possible bias" has a simple answer, anything regarding someone you know can have possible bias, but I can be unbiased when needed regardless of who it is. ---------------------------------------------------------

2 two-week ban for a new player is crazy. It should have been a 1-day ban if he's got like 1 RDM PO. Ix Crazy clear as day rdm baiting the guy for being Decav. Not saying the guy isn't in the wrong for shooting him for disrespect. I'll be real, IX Crazy is like one ban away from a permanent ban and still gets away with it. I do like him sometimes, but he's a massive minge and does the same thing on all chars. #PERMABANIXCRAZY

+1 because i've been fail mugged by 2 of those guys (infront of the weed npc), they made mug characters, but the admin didnt ban because they were new and didnt know the rules, but still i don't believe these characters have any value, even if they have hours rn they must have just afk.

I based my decision off of his previous offenses and bans. In my perspective with the information I had it looked like he does not follow proper escalation and had been banned for it not too long ago. I matched the time he had on his previous ban for the same issue.

IX_Crazy is a notorious minge on the server, even on his 'Serious' roleplaying characters where he should be an example for newer players he fails to do that. The person posting this appeal, DiMeo, is rather new to the server and when he first started playing was minging. That was two months ago, only just recently about almost 2 weeks ago did he actually start playing seriously. He's a good guy, does his best inside the server to try to roleplay and not minge around. With this being said, he should watch the above video for active and idle situations. DiMeo's ban should be reduced from two weeks, he really has just fully started playing the server. Another thing to keep in mind that If I recall Jennay is a Cassano main. I don't mean to be that guy, but it's not difficult to see the correlation here with IX_Crazy, especially with a two week ban for an RDM.

So yeah you banned this guy for 2 weeks off of the basis that a minge came up (same guy whos tried to RDM bait our faction members before) called him a "Asshole" and "Stupid Nigger" and you expect him not to react in any negative way?? Im not gonna sit here and say he didnt RDM him but when hes being baited by some minge character who then goes in his DMs and mocks him after and you just justify it by "Oh he had POs and was banned for the same reason" This ban should be decreased 1000% and there should never be some situation where someone gets banned for 2 weeks over being baited by a minge, completly disgraceful.

1. Crazy is rdm baiting IF its true that he was approaching you multiple times intentionally insulting you. 2. You cannot escalate to gun fight purely off of disrespect. You're both in the wrong, IMO crazy has more experience on the server and should've been punished too. On your end, you just got off a ban and should also know better, but a reduced ban from 2 weeks. I'm not staff nor am I trying to undermine anyone, but like I said, both are in the wrong here especially Crazy if he was insulting you over multiple occasions.

It's not for me to say, I'm sure someone Seasoned+ can make that call when they rule on the appeal I'm just saying that this is an RDM ban for a guy who RDM'ed with a previous RDM ban and a previous RDM note - If being banned for 2 weeks in August lead him to still RDM 2 weeks ago and now again the other day, he clearly needs more time to understand the server rules
