Hello, one of the officers who was on the murder scene, and while I may not be the most directly involved, I had my radio on during the whole situation, and can address the claims that bullets was metagaming. At no point did bullet's cop character, Sebastian Garcia, interact with the murder scene at all. He did not respond once the call was given, he did not "relay any information" about the situation over RPD or voice radio regarding the situation, and given the circumstances, there is no way that any reasonable person could conclude that he was metagaming. He did not radio anything, he did not interact with anyone dealing with the scene, and so I have to spell out how stupid the accusations are. Firstly, this situation, from his ticket being taken, to his untimely demise was three minutes long. When Bullets took the ticket, he did not know where the body was going to be spawned, and, according to the clip, Bullets spawned the body less than two minutes after he was given the clip. What is the possible "Metagame" that two people here are alleging? In that 10 seconds after the ticket was closed, did Bullets got on his PD character, and then radio in "ALL UNITS TO GHETTO, MURDER", and then three cops instantly show up? That's ridiculous, obviously didn't happen, and I don't think accusing a staff member of breaking the rules who is obviously faultless is probably not the best strategy to getting unPKed.

yes. especially you. hey dumbass. did you intentionally fail fourth grade reading class with Ms. Baker orrrrr? wasn't intentionally targeting the van, ngl i didnt even know a van existed on the server. but in general my idea is nerf all cars, not wanting to call any cars out. slower cars = slower chases = more realistic chases = bigger map feeling = more travel time 250mph on a short city street is silly. map already feels small because of cars and no one wants to travel by foot, so give them cars, but the cars right now are too fast in general, so at this point why not just add fast travel lmfao

Honestly valid take with all of my RDM bans, while I try my absolute best to not rdm it kinda happens sometimes by accident due to my lack of proficiency in the rules.

Maybe when someone isn't serving time but in Penitentiary until court decides the outcome, they can be uncuffed so they can roleplay inside and MAYBE have phone calls rights too w a payphone like this guys cell decoration or prisoner requesting to do a phone call. If staff dont want cell pk's it can be automated through a NPC which warns you to remove anything you can equip to kill someone and if all conditions met automatically teleports you to visitation room with prisoner that accepted the visit request for 15 mins or so on.

I know someone suggested that weapons in vehicles mod but that requires an entirely new base for all vehicles (and weapons I think)
