If given another chance, I would approach the server with a positive attitude and ensure I follow all guidelines. I’m genuinely interested in being part of the community again and contributing in a respectful way. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I don’t have any additional evidence due to how long ago the ban occurred, but I’m more than willing to cooperate or answer any questions if needed.

I only have 1 real PO for a mugging char that has to do with mugging, other than my current ban. You have no idea what you're talking about and are just dick-riding. Nothing you have said at all is relevant to my current ban and can help with any decision moving forward. Have you considered reading what I was banned for and forming an actual opinion on my current ban, or are you just gonna keep shitting on my appeal? I'll go into depth on my ONLY mugging char ban that was actually for mugging other than my current ban, so that I can include some perspective. I was on another character ages ago, mugging everyone in sight and got banned for "mugging char", which was Valid. This time, I was on my main char, had lots of worth, followed the mugging rules, and actually provided rp instead of just minge mugging everyone. So, considering what I was banned for when I was actually a mugging char, I have learned from my mistakes and did not break any rules whatsoever.

As someone who lived through the 90s, NYPD cops practically were Jim Crowe era Law Enforcement, especially with stop and frisk in primarily African American and Puerto Rican/Dominican neighborhoods.

Bro has been banned 10 times and 5 of those were for the same thing you've been banned for now. You did not learn, you will never learn. If you were to learn, you would have stopped mugging altogether multiple bans ago. No matter how many 'chances' you are given, you have never stopped the same behavior that got you banned all those other times. Even if you are unbanned this time, which I don't think will happen, you'll be back here in a month, which is unironically how long it took you to be perma banned again. It's very unfortunate the server has lost your wonderful RP of being AFK in a discord VC until you come out at night to mug people.

How do you handle this?: I would go to a corner and switch to on-duty and wait for a ticket unless I have proof/clip to show otherwise. But if there is staff members already on-duty I will just get a clip and let them handle it and make sure it's enough proof. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather as much clips as possible of him abusing and send it to a higher up but not him. I would send the clips to the chain of command until it reaches a administrator or higher rank. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: First I would make sure the person that made the ticket has a valid clip. If they have a clip I would punish the person aka my friend for RDM'ing and minging. If it's multiple Rdm's I would ban them for a day for RDM and NITRP.

So, it’s not even been close to a month, it’s been a week and one day. You attempted to blow up a cop car and then blew up a car that was as you even said prior, in a cop chase. Ignorance of prop rules dosent give you special treatment.

hi! im super lazy and dont want to sort my banks, what if! like in tarkov and other games! there was a button that sorted all your items into categories! like ammo, food, clothing, weapons ect and put them all nicely in a line! that would save a lot of time i think! would be cool if you could also sort alphabetically along side the category sorting! this would help a lot for finding clothing!
