Hey, I was the staff member that set you PK active. I was given the reason of "Bringing heat to the organization" and was provided clips of you shooting police infront of their legal fronts. That could indeed bring attention to the orginization and its properties if one of their employee's are gunning down police on a regular basis, making you a liability. Buying your character back from a PK doesn't make it unpkable.

There has been a lot of confusion here, but its a simple explanation for your case specifically. The one who initially put out FearRP commands was faced away from you and barking them to another individual, making them irrelevant especially when you equipped your firearm. The other assailant then took his firearm out but did not give orders to you until a second after your own was equipped, deeming his one word attempt useless. As for the long discussions and accusations about fail mugging thrown out this entire thread, they will be looked into further.

Hello, As stated by Geo_Zeus who actually did a pretty good job, the rules state as simple, The only officers who may plain clothes are detective unless given explicit permission. Officers (plain clothes) who do decide to engage with suspects must be properly identified by said suspect. Through Monaclus clip we can see that the suspect did engage with another uniformed officer but had his back turned by the time Monaclu did decide to step in and shoot the suspect. Monaclu himself states that he was participating in an event and between locations, he shouldn't have been involved in the arrest or the shooting since he was not uniformed and lacked the proper equipment to even arrest if he was able to. "Policework" should typically be done within PD if it is paperwork, otherwise pointed out by others should require proper equipped and uniformed officers. Your appeal has been reviewed and accepted. Regardless of the zones painted on the OLD map, NPC placement supersedes the old zones painted on the mugging map. Plus, this is just to be considered in the other clusterfuck of mistakes these muggers won't own up to and what was blatantly disregarded and ignored without being looked at before the PK was issued. It's easy fro staff to PK a character that isn't theirs and be so blase about it but I know if it were them they'd scream failmug and point out the same things I did. You don't down your gun or turn away from someone you're trying to mug and you need to give clear instructions. That remains the foundation of my argument- I wasn't even under Fear RP. I just think the actual mugging being invalid should be *considered* as a potential factor. Meaning there's several issues here, which should have been considered BEFORE a PK was just forced on me in this stupid ass situation.

If I remember correctly you were running around in a white shirt shooting red coats in revenge of somebody RDM'ing you which regardless if the guy did RDM you (he didn't) it would still be revenge RDM. You weren't in any fear of losing anything because the redcoat you gunned down literally had his back turned to you. All the claims you have made are lies, I have also literally never heard of you in my life as memorable as the name "WARCRIMES KonradKoconut" is. You have taken 0 accountability for your actions and have shown no remorse, so I don't believe you should be unbanned and should serve out the 3 days like anybody else would. I also went out of my way to check what faction you are before replying and I was banned from the Popov discord the day before the event so it would be literally IMPOSSIBLE for me to shit talk in your faction server. good luck on your appeal

It does specify on the mugging map that the green zones are NPC Vision. While the NPC is not actually included in the map, it's pretty safe to say, like most other shipment or buyer NPCs, he would be confined to his paddock and not see outside of that.

Similar situation that was already deemed a valid mug. However in this current situation that we are dealing with right now, he was still in the street when being put under fear rp. I get its pretty bang bang, but the proof is in the pudding pal. Take it to the chin already.

Hello, I am the banning moderator. From the information I was provided including clips and testimony from other individuals, you were attempting to glitch into the Police Department by sitting in the window and trying to jump through. Both that and the clip of you spawning inside of the Police Department, being chased by a cop with a taser, and then as soon as you see him you leave to go to another character was the primary reason for your ban. Coupled with both of those pieces of information, I checked your note history and you have a history of LTARP being warned by calink on the 25th of June. Best of luck on your appeal.

I was banned for leaving to avoid RP. I was in the PD (behind door) with my audio bugged. I switched characters and switched right back. Cop apparently has a clip of him trying to tase me before I switch characters. I did not see any of this because I was in character select screen. I'm not sure how he missed me while I was standing still and blind but I didn't see the clip so who knows. After I switch back, I explain that I'm stuck in PD and someone lets me out. Later, I get pulled into a sit and told that someone accused me of LTARP and that I will be banned for three days. I asked him how I was avoiding RP when I switched right back to the same character and was let out. Admin replied I could appeal the ban if I felt it was unjust. I didn't intentionally LTARP, so I am sorry and will not do it again.

I have been urged to show the evidence that also might prove this as a complete failmug from the get-go due to NPC witnesses. That is not the foundation of my initial argument, but really just goes to show how poorly executed the initial mugging was. This could have gone down as a proper and legit mugging if it had been coordinated better and I had two guys on me and the one guy hadn't turned/dropped his gun and had given clear demands/commands to me.
