Have you read the rules?: Yes. Recently realized there were some updates to the rules which I had not noticed, so I did a full read into the rules fairly recently.

Long Answer
Questions proceeded with an asterix require a response of 3 Sentences Minimum.
What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I would like to help the community be the best that it can be, and I believe that I can contribute a lot to that goal. I have noticed how long some of my in-game tickets take, and I feel that it is appropriate that I contribute to making that time as short as possible. I have been around for a while and have a lot of experience with being staff on a multitude of servers on Garry's Mod, and it is just something that I enjoy doing.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I have much more experience than most other people would (or should) realistically have. I believe that I have a greater-than-average understanding of how to effectively communicate with other people in a calm manner. From my experience, problem-solving is not a skill that many people have refined, and I think that I could be very useful to the community in that sense.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): There are a lot of servers I was staff on, I'm going to be honest. But I will list the most notable ones here: Typhon, from Moderator->Super Administrator (took 2 months), was a Super Administrator for the last 6 months until the server shut down. | Diverge, was a Senior Administrator on launch and was removed by Pendred (still not 100% sure why but whatever man no hard feelings) | Pyro Networks, Super Administrator for the server's lifetime (a year and a half, 2018-2020)
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: I hope not.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I would say that I am more well-known in my main character's faction and amongst some staff members than anywhere else. The community probably doesn't know me very well, but there are a few prominent figures who I've had a lot of interactions with. I would hope that my reputation is a positive one from all fronts, and I like to believe that people view me as a mature, but humorous person.
What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: Oh fuck. Here we go; So, a couple years ago, I played Diverge for a solid month almost every day. I would sing at the Trat & the owners' respective gatherings/events. Now, there was this one performance I had where I had informed one of the upper management that I was been talking with a girl from "out of town." I was singing a song, and during the song I had received a "missed call" (snapchat notification) on my (OBVIOUSLY IN-GAME) phone. After the song, I felt obligated to inform the managers that I had received totally SFW content after returning the call-hence my new nickname, "Nudes".

Problem Solving
Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.
Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: So, this situation can go multiple different ways. First off, if I am in an RP situation which I can't get out of, I will attempt to contact other staff members to take care of it. If this situation includes myself, I would be biased in the scenario, so I will also call another staff member and provide details/evidence if I have any. Finally, if I am not busy and not involved in the situation, I will go on-duty and assist in taking tickets/resolving the situation.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: If this fellow staff member is one that I fear retaliation from, I would take my evidence (which I WILL collect prior to saying anything) to a higher staff member. If this fellow staff member is one that I know will not react uncontrollably, I will simply speak to them myself. There is no reason to cause unnecessary drama when this situation could be handled at the lowest level possible.
A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would inform my fellow staff members that I know the guy and that I don't realistically see him doing anything, but I would let someone else take the ticket instead and allow them to make their own decision regarding the situation. This constitutes a heavy bias from me, so in any situation, I feel as though it is extremely inappropriate for me to get directly involved in the decision-making process. However, if I am aware that this person has no prior offences, and I know that it's not a regular occurrence, I feel as though it is fair for me to share that input with the staff member making the decision. Prior offences and general attitude whilst on the server are a huge indicator for player intention and should play a role in any penal decision made against them.
