What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have enjoyed the server from my time I have spent here. But as time goes on I am starting to notice a lack of staff around in the morning times into the early afternoon where situations are taking place and there is nobody around to assist. Moreover, I just want to help more with the server I play on every day. I love the passion the community has for it and its stories and I just want to be a catalyst to help people enjoy the server like I do! Why should you be considered over other candidates?: There are a few factors that I feel should have me considered over some others. My longevity within the Garry’s Mod community and the experience I have in regards to staffing (listed below) is one of those factors. Another would be my availability, due to me being on disability due to back issues and surgeries, I have the ability to be around at most hours of the day. Though of course, not always as one still has a life to live. Beyond that my passion Roleplay and the respect I have for those who want to make a good Roleplay environment. Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I personally would say that I am not "well known", but I feel as if I am gaining recognition slowly but surely. I also don't directly go out of my way to try and force my name out there, I want my name to grow naturally over time. I want people to form their own options about me. But those who know me know that I am a solid, reliable guy that is always there for those around him. What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?: I don't have a specific moment that I can put down. But I can say that all of the late night/middle of the night moments that happen in the city. A lot of unique personalities and moments at these times, they always give me a good chuckle. Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: N/A ------------------------------------------------- Problem Solving Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take. Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would clip the situation and inquire about why the situation happened. Next I would see if a ticket has already been made, if one has, I would help out by passing the clip to the member of staff who took the ticket. If there is no staff around to take the ticket and/or they are busy with something else, I would make one final attempt to get someone else to take the case. If not I would take the case and issue out the appropriate punishment. You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would gather evidence (clips) of this staff member discreetly. Once I feel I have gathered enough evidence I would send it up the chain of command, being available to provide any and all information I have collected. A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would see if there was any other staff around to take the ticket, as your unconscious does wild things. If there were not other staff that could take it, I would proceed like it was any other ticket. I would get both sides to the story with any attached clips that either side provides. I will go over the information given and give a fair and honest punishment based on what was provided. I’ll reply to each point made by you individually. Firstly, the use of third person here does not constitute as third person abuse. While the mugger may have used it gain an edge on you, this is not third person abuse. Third person abuse would be using it to see through solid objects you would not normally be able to do, such as walls to see inside of a building. As for the PK appeal that an uninvolved member graciously posted, that PK was overturned for reasons beyond the use of third person despite not being detailed in the reply. Secondly, while the doorway is SLIGHTLY in view of the NPCs line of sight, I believe it is far way enough and not in its direct view for it to not be an issue. Regardless most of the mugging takes place while you are inside the building/doorway. Lastly frankly I don’t believe it’s too much of a coincidence for someone to be waiting to mug someone who comes into a back alley & back door of a building. Kind of a prime/realistic mugging spot honestly.

I want to help provide more consistency to getting help and to clean up the server late at night from the 3 am rdm/vdmers. I've stuck around diverge for a while and want to take this opportunity to give back. Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I should be considered due to my perseverance, I've done some rather unorthodox things on this server and got plenty of hate for it but I've always pushed through it and stuck around. first things first, just accept the PK man, when first tanner told us to get to contact him in game so he can tell something serious, I was wondering what could it be. I had my friend who was a lawyer who was in kinahan and he left because auxiliary just got recruited to kinahan and got capo straight away. Which shows bullshit and my friend did really good work into becoming a capo then all of a sudden you go hire your friend then you promote him to capo, is kinda dumb. So my friend fed up and left in peace because he didn’t want to be managed by dumbasses and minors like you peeps. So when left, he told me I’m the only lawyer I can get in and hear from tanner and come out and you tell you what’s up, I was like that’s the best choice he went in then comes out and telling me idk what’s wrong with tanner but he is acting weirdly that’s when I knew they are coming after my friend. Did I fight back? No I made him hide with me at the PD THE WHOLE TIME! Because we didn’t have proof of my friend getting pked still since he left the faction. And earlier there was a dead body beside brown and sons so I said Hans come have a look who’s dead then he told me I don’t trust you, and I was like why is he talking to me like that. That’s when I knew I was next. I had my recruitment perms got off me and I got banned from kinahan DISCORD TOO! so I was like that’s obvious I’m getting pked next so we just waited outside PD the whole time. And Hans offered either I admit that we had orders set on hans or he won’t UNWL us I was like we don’t have anything set on you I promise and shit you can even see logs we didn’t have any orders against hans so we couldn’t fight back. So I chilled for maybe an hour then Hans hopes back in the city and he was driving around and spotted my friend and said that’s him that’s him. Then my friend came towards me in game and he said bro they are loooking for us that’s when we went on top of the roof in little Italy to search for their vehicle then we saw a taxi pulled up and parked infront of the gun store so we went down and followed them and as soon as I went inside I heard a gun click that’s when I knew I had to react and get ready to shoot back.
