I believe you are confusing this with staff punishment. Your character being PK’d is more or less an effect from your roleplay rather than staff punishment. Per the PK guidelines if you initiate a violent confrontation with officers you are subject to PK if you die. These guidelines are set in place to make sure your roleplay actions carry weight. Otherwise you could just shoot officers everytime they attempt to arrest you, effectively avoiding all charges While it is unfortunate you are unaware of this is something we don’t give second chances for, as it’s not staff punishment per se. I strongly recommend you read the guidelines surrounding PKs to familiarize yourself so you do not have to go through this again, or at least understand what could come from your actions.

Hi! PKing admin here. I understand you're new to the server and that this may feel harsher because of it, but this PK has been applied in the same standard that the staff team consistently uses. You may disagree with the haste the officer used when moving to arrest, but that would be an IC issue to be argued ICly. Instead, you chose to open fire on the officer. This is a fair course of action, but, as I explained in the sit, it is one that has its consequences for failing. To prevent everyone from escalating to violence against a police officer willy-nilly, there is real consequence to it, that being the potential permanent death of your character. You and your friend opened fire on a cop, which brought the risk of dying when the officer returned fire. TLDR; you and friend shoot cop, cop shoot back, you and friend die. This is the risk you took in opening fire on the officer and you missed your shots. Had the officer opened fire first or unjustly escalated the situation to violence, this would be a different result. However, you were the one to escalate.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: no I don't

Strong -1 No better roleplay than blindfolding and gagging someone! Being able to blind and gag someone seems like such a great idea, I know that being blinded and gagged during 30 minutes of RP would surely make me want to play on the server more!

Him ordering that f7 junk sure invalid pk, Informing on the other hand, i dont see any thing about that in the rules as far as im concern. He's also a violent aggressor, its his character choice of larp, so anything he may say will sound like a ordering of some sort, and especially after all the times the fellas said "Hands" or "Put your hands up" and he still didn't F7, so it made them think that he didnt know the command, in my eyes from seeing the clip the guy informed him not ordered. Ordering and Informing are two different things, I rest my case.

And also how do u know for certain the mugger was so genuinely demanding on him to press F7 to the point where the mugger is forcing the victim to press that command. Instead of him just genuinely letting him know that hey this is the command just in case u dont know it, tricky one no? from the mugs ive seen, people do this, majority of the time to let people know that this is the command to surrender so u dont fucking die, and from the looks of it the guy in my opinion wasnt forcing him to press that command only letting him know the options. so thats why the admin here in this situation said "people say f7 all the time" based off what i explained, from the looks of it the mugger was doing him a favor in letting him know.

No Popov isnt target mugging your faction, they have mugged others, its just so happens your people are constantly looking quite weak on the street to the people that are in the mugging business and when these people are in that line of work roaming the streets of new york to find a victim because thats what they do in that business they get whiff of you, plain and simple. some muggers look for weak fish some look for big fish some do it for the love of the game.

This will never happen because the “legal RP” for the people who take that route is almost exclusively done in Pager from my experience. What a fucking nightmare.

I’d say a rebalance of the vehicles or whatever Canadian is touching on would be best. A blanket nerf would be a decent temporary fix for balancing, I guess, but really isn’t the most effective. People already sprint faster than your car’s acceleration at times and some other shit. I believe you’re spoiled by super fast cars and you likely don’t hit the pavement much daily with such a heavy handed stance.

I remember this situation because I was in the same faction as Ronnie at the time. After watching the PK clip, we told him multiple times that he should appeal it, but he chose to accept it and move on. Also after that situation Kosher HC apologized to Taka HC for what happened and even made a payment for saving your ass. It would’ve been better if that part was also mentioned instead of trying to flex the situation.

Hello, I'd like to point out a detail that nobody seems to have noticed. This PK should not be considered a valid PK. In the clips provided by both sides, I noticed something. While they were mugging him, Matador's friend can be heard saying, "Put your hands up F7" This can be clearly heard around the 10 second mark of the clip provided by the player who submitted the PK appeal. Additionally, as clearly stated in the Mugging Rules, Rule 10. specifically states that telling or indicating to a player to press F7 to raise their hands significantly disrupts RP standards. As a result, the mug is considered invalid and cannot be used as the basis for a PK. As clearly shown in the clip, while holding a player at gunpoint and applying FearRP because they refused to put their hands up, you tell them to press F7. At that point, you might as well tell them not to touch their mouse or keyboard during your next mug when I tried to point out to the genius admin handling the PK Bullets, that there was a clear rule violation here, the response i got was "People say F7 all the time" That is very unlikely to be true. I have watched many valid mugging and PK clips, and I have never heard a mugger say “F7” in any of them. In the end of this PK appeal, we will find out something important, do the rules written on the forum actually get enforced or do things depend on an admin’s personal decision about whether it should count as a PK or not?

FiveM codes but honestly some small process aside from just sitting in cells would be nice. Gives cops more to do.
