this is quite literally one of the worst guys if not the worst guy to learn from, the serbian guy from supreme, but if you're willing to take the time to really learn how to get it going here then I offer my +1, however I would suggest trying another faction first because supreme is generally viewed as the mugger faction and not a very roleplay centered faction there are members of supreme who will deny this, and there are some outlying cases, but overall you should be looking to join somewhere in little italy or perhaps the bikers or blue lobster they're chill

Mechanical standpoint it appears to be a end animation bug. It happens when a player is interrupted with sudden movement such as constant sitting down and getting up, car being removed, falling over hence why record 1 stop might stop it.

Pressing F7 raises the character’s arms in an unrealistic way and looks silly, I’m recommending to create a better version that realistically raises a person’s arms above their head. Why? When someone surrenders to the police or anybody during mugging scenarios, kidnapping roleplay etc. It ruins the vibe or immersion for other people and generally would look better for arrests.
