What is your motivation/reason for applying?:
I've been in the city for quite a while, and I'm starting to feel a bit burned out from what I've been doing. I enjoy helping others, and I'd like to understand better how things run behind the scenes. I've been interested in applying for this role for some time, but I previously didn't have enough free time to dedicate myself to it, and I wasn't fully familiar with the rules. However, I believe I've gained enough experience and knowledge to be ready for the position now.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?:
I'm always active during the dead hours when the server needs staff members the most, so I believe I could be helpful during those times. I'm able to stay active, help players when needed, and take my responsibilities seriously. I believe my activity and willingness to help others would make me a good fit for this role.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:
I wouldn't say I'm a well-known person or anything like that. I'm just a chill guy who usually hangs out with his crew and enjoys roleplaying. I don't think the people who know me have any problems with me. I have a good reputation within my faction, and I get along well with the people who know me.
What is your favorite moment on Diverge so far?:
I had a lot of fun when one of the staff members ran a mini-event, spawning zombies and different monsters for us to shoot at. Luckily, there were no cops on, so we were able to do this "search-and-destroy" type RP with the fellas. We all had heavy guns and just walked around the map hunting down the monsters. Eventually, we took over the hardware store rooftop and just defended that position from the admin-spawned beasts. Late-night activity that saved us from boredom that night.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:
If I'm off duty and not using my staff character, I would create a ticket just like any other player; however, if there are no other staff members online and the person is negatively affecting other players' roleplay, I would switch to my staff character and handle the situation properly.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?
If I see a staff member abusing their powers, I would make a staff report and explain what I've seen. If I have any evidence, I would include it as well.
A member of your faction/friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDMing and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?
For me, my role obligations and friendships are two different things, and I know how to keep them separate. I would handle the situation the same way I would if the person wasn't my friend. I would listen to both sides, look at the evidence, and make a fair decision based on what actually happened. Just because someone is my friend doesn't mean I'm going to defend them if they're in the wrong. I believe it's important to stay fair and do what needs to be done, regardless of who the person is. Everyone slips up. Even our friends.
Hello banning staff member here, I warned you multiple times to stop due to you spamming irrelevant 911 calls with no sufficient roleplay. I banned you last week for the same exact situation and told you to quit doing it. Good luck with your appeal.

Please point out how I broke any of your rules by reporting to 911 when I saw cars that were being pursued, or people committing crime. I told @Wickers rather clearly I was roleplaying a certain type of character (and not a jihadist, actually read what I'm RPing instead of being a lazy racist shithead because hurr arab character) - I suspect Wickers is probably upset because there's someone who can RP with a level of grammar and creativity instead of "ay oh ayy ohhh fugeddaboutit" Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I'll upload a clip of what was happening at the time if needed but yknow maybe actually fucking not ban people for roleplaying instead of the usual cycle of edgy italian / jewmobster / whatever everyone else plays.
