+1 In all times I've flown past the Harbour, it's been White Collar and his boys running Events, with or without GMs involved. Overall would be a good faction, especially if a few Gms could assist in events

+1 Whitecollar has added lots of cool events for everyone in the server, not just crim or cop, civilians too. If this gets added it would only elevate the possibilities. Also a very cool story document and just an overall massive +1.

It is hard to know that I cannot assist them when they need me. thought there are people who may be in need of assistance but there are no available staff makes me realize how important it is to have staff members on duty at all times. That is why I would like to become part of the staff team. I want to be someone, who the community can turn to in hours when assistance is required. Being a staff member does not just mean answering the questions. It means being responsible, patient and honest. The most important aspect of being a staff member is to create a positive atmosphere for the server. I will try to do this through being attentive and assist the needs of the community and being polite to each other. I will do everything possible in order to assist players. How do you handle this?: I would get on my staff character I would then get their Steam ID pull them to a sit Check how many hours they have if they are fairly newer with only a couple hours I would tell them to go read the rules and give them a note or verbal but If they have more than a couple of days and they know what they are doing Then I would note them But if they have prior RDM notes or bans Then I would ban them for the according amount of time of what they did You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: I would take clips of them doing these actions I would make a UA ticket to report them or send it To Canadian or Pendred A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?: I would not take the ticket because of bias Which can get me in trouble and that person that made the ticket which is my friend in trouble as well I would contact another staff member and ask them if they can take the ticket but if I was the only staff member on I would take the ticket get both sides get clips check damage logs and get a second opinion from a staff member higher or the same rank as me That's how I would handle the situation ---------------------------------------------------------

+1 Every interaction I had with White-Collar proved he was part of some larger story that he was building. He is an incredible leader with amazing potential to use a legal faction as a medium to ramp up the activities he's already been doing.

+1 This guy has been a huge help to the start of our boxing events, just recently on his own time made an event center. WCC Event Center is quite the nice place as well, everything Ive seen product wise out of this WCC shit has been awesome. Also cockefeller never around we need someone whos serious about the rp.
