Not all pins are locked behind a faction whitelist. Some pins are made solely as "faction" pins. You can only obtain these pins if you are in that faction (Or have been added to the item's whitelist) and someone with one (or the ability to spawn them) gives them to you. Other pins don't require you to be part of any faction/whitelist. These are most likely custom pins, and I'm not sure if there are base pins in the server; please forgive me. These pins can be bought and sold at the discretion of whoever has them. I'd say the best way to get pins is to ask around for a clothing catalog or check which stores already have them. you can get pins for free on a pd char if you put in the time, some people will sell pins dirt cheap that are washed tho

Players sell their pins for in game money Some as cheap as 25k, some 50, some 100, and so on You will see a good few in catalogues from vendors around the city
