+1 Instead of PK's you put normal kills and own deaths.

+/- Support Imo shouldnt count arrests or PKs. Or else we're gonna have minges make new chars to see how many times they can get arrested, or pk hunters seeing how many people they can pk every 15 minutes mugging non stop

Nobody actually killed or tried to kill me though, it was one guy minge punching me as far as I assumed and at the same time my work phone rang so I powered off my stuff to deal with that. if that hadn't happened I'd have just ran away from the guy and things would've ended there This wasn't a case of me dodging rp like nobody actually spoke to or approached me so why have I been called a nigger in voice chat, faggot, spear chucker etc while people randomly shoot at me or try and VDM and when I report it in staff chat I get radio silence as that was my first few days on and off server like I'm not being funny but I find it hypocritical that the bar for a PK hinges on me leaving. I thought raiding was like just attacking or making an armed robbery not snooping around I do not see where a PK suits here because nobody was going to kill me lol. at the least I insist on an opportunity to continue with the "RP" if it really was a PK situation, and not someone lazily script banning my character

I'm making another appeal for my ban of alting. I've had time to think about what I did and I do genuinely regret my decision. I know alting is against the rules, and I take full responsibility for breaking them. Since my last appeal, I took some time to think about what I did wrong instead of just focusing on getting unbanned. I understand that I have to take responsibility for my actions, and I've taken the time to read the rules so I know what is expected of me. I'm not trying to make excuses for my actions because I know what I did was wrong. I want to sincerely apologize for alting and for breaking the server rules, I understand that my actions can affect the community and create extra work for staff, and I'm sorry for that. I know saying sorry doesn't automatically fix anything, especially after my first appeal was denied, but I want to show that I'm taking this seriously. I'm asking for one more chance to come back to Diverge and prove that I can follow the rules and be better member of the community. It is the players own responsibility to read and understand the Server Rules, including those pertaining to raiding, killing rules, pk rules etc.

Ive had random players run up to me in the past and call me a n*gger in server and the like so hard to know what is and isnt OK here. However 3-4 years ago when playing on this server i was using ESP, and to be quite honest it was because i was a stupid 17 year old who wanted to feel better at the game then i was. It was extremely wack and i will fully admit that. I used to think you were only cool if you were good at the game, and over time I've learned that's obviously not the case. I'm not going to sit here and try to come up with some long drawn out theatrical excuse, i take full accountability for my foolishness. Why should you be unbanned? I really would love to be able to enjoy the server, and return as a reformed member of the community. I grew up watching gangster films and shows with my grandfather, and it's always been something I've enjoyed. I personally think over these past few years I've improved a lot as an overall human being. Like I touched on briefly I was just very lost in the sauce with being chronically online at the time of my ban. If you guys in this awesome community would be willing to give me a second chance i would greatly appreciate it though if not i understand why fully. Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I would also like to say i have logged onto the server on my 2nd steam account (STEAM_0:1:402842939). This was not in an attempt to ban evade. I simply just forgot to switch back over to my main account. For a time period i had lost access to my main steam account so my games are split between 2 and i swap back and forth quite a bit. I figured it would be better to be straight forward about this now, as to not have it reflect me negatively. Closing statement: Just a final thing i wanted to say here. I truly am sorry if i ever made anyone on the server's time worse back in the day. To tell you the truth even with ESP i was still quite shit, so it definitely wasn't worth it .
