What is your motivation/reason for applying?:  *

The Low Population of staff during early EU time is my main motivation for applying as i would love to help those needing staff support early morning. i see many people every day; often myself make tickets and wait hours to get support and i would love to help resolve this issue. i love the server its one of my main things i spend my free time doing so i would love to help better the server.  i love helping out in Gamemaster events and would love to work up to the rank of GM to start making fun events for the community to enjoy for those who don't often get to participate in them.


Why should you be considered over other candidates?:  * 

I've played the server for Years so I've grown a clear understanding to the server rules and what is and is not allowed. My knowledge i have gained from playing the server from Both perspectives of Diverge can help me be unbiased in any crowd if its PD or crim. Due to these two reasons i think i would make a great staff member over others. I can be active alot due to the fact i don't have college that much during the week and i don't tend to sleep for long so i can be on for Late EST and Early GMT time to help cover those periods where there is a low number of staff members on duty.

Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?:

Yes i have been banned  4 times. Twice of which were metagame which i apologise for and promise not to break this rule in the future however one of these bans were appealed and accepted. one was for Revenge PK Attempt from Mid 2024 which i have not tried to do since that date. and i have been banned once for RDM which was completely my fault.

Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?:  *

yes i would say im well known, I would say my reputation Somewhat bad but also somewhat good. i think some see me as a corn ball or a small British child which i hope to prove wrong if given the opportunity to become staff. I know some people think I'm alright and unbiased due to my time in PD where i have always remained unbiased in any situation possible. so overall i think my Reputation in the community is Mixed and wish to better this in the future.

What is your favourite moment on Diverge so far?: The last Racket Event. or the 6/14 event for the map update during mid 2024.

Detail step by step exactly the actions you would take.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:

If i was rdmed while off-duty i would take a clip on medal before i do anything. i would then simply wait for that clip to process. once that has done if there are staff members online i would ask in staff chat to be brought into a sit as i was just rdmed and i would proceed from there. If there is no fellow staff member offline i would file a player report and move on with my day. 

You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: 

I would first gather proof of these actions before i accuse anyone of anything. Once i have gathered enough proof i would make a staff report on the member of staff for there abuse and wait for it to be resolved by a member of UA. 

A member of your faction / friend of yours has a ticket made against them accusing them of RDM’ing, and minging. You know that this person rarely does this when you play with him. How do you proceed knowing this? Does it constitute possible bias?:

To me it does not matter if you are in my faction or my friend there will be no bias what so ever. I would fulfil the ticket as usual and if my faction member /friend had committed any wrong doing i would give the appropriate punishment like i would in any other ticket. Just because a friend or a faction member of yours is staff doesn't make you except from following the Rules they are put in place for a reason.
