slow ALL cars

not tailored to any specific car, but nerf ALL cars by 20-30%. its not an "equal playing field" suggestion, its just a generally, slow all cars down.

i dont even play the server that much and this suggestion isnt specifically for this clip, but just looking at this clip the cop cars look fucking retarded doing wheelies and some people say those are even the slower end of cars (meaning cars can out-run cop cars lol)

if cars are slowed down, itll lead to "slower" chases. not physically like "this cop car will win the chase 100% of the time now", actually idk why im explaining this part, hey dumbass reading this suggestion, yes you, can you have like atleast 3 IQ please

if car "B" goes 100 mph

after the nerf
car "A" would go 210 mph
car "B" would go 70 mph

I don't think the map is large enough to have cars hitting 180 miles an hour, a general nerf would be great, not just for police chases, but vehicle minging. +1
