• Does he have a deep understanding of the rules?
• WILL HE TAKE OUR TICKETS?
  
  I am indifferent about this, seeing that I highly weigh both activity and impartial staffing, do with the above information as you please.

-1 From my experiences with him as staff, he doesn't have a firm understanding of the server rules and as such wouldn't be capable of enforcing them well, he has broken several rules in the past in terms of situations I've had with him, and came off of two bans within the past few months, One for LTARP and the other for Mugging Char.

On that note in terms of the bans he has failed to mention his ban for LTARP | Fail Mug | Metagame | Item Transfer

Andy is not level headed enough to make decisions in a staff environment from my interactions with him, as a reporting and reported member of the server.

I Do not believe Andy Should be a member of the staff team.

never had a single good interaction with this gentleman as staff. constantly bitching and moaning. -1 big time. maybe learn to regulate emotions and try again.

Never lose your hope. When someone insults your race, no normal human being just stays silent, no matter who they’re facing. Trying to silence Andy just because the people you’re up against are supposedly “tougher” than your own family is nothing but weakness.

Putting aside all that nonsense about “they’re our allies,” you gave Andy every shitty job there was whenever things got messy or when you were too scared to die, and despite that, he still did everything he could to prove himself.

Yeah, Andy might be a bit hot-headed, but his real mistake was dedicating himself to a family that didn’t deserve the effort he put in.

That’s all I have to say. And I’m Marco, Andy’s older brother. If I were staff, I’d probably get banned too anyway. Looks like it’s already rejected, so before the post gets closed, I’m dropping a +1

Active during low staff hours. 
Decent playtime (852 hours in 1 year 6 months). 
I have only had positive interactions from my experiences with him. 
2 and a half weeks since last ban 

Based on my interactions with him I see potential for him to be a decent addition to the staff team.
It would also be nice to have someone on during those downtime hours (There was no staff on for the past 2 hours when writing this). 


Andy, If this application get's denied I encourage you to stay out of trouble and reapply in the future.
