Organization Backstory: Where there is no government and the law exists at the end of a gun, a new cartel rose from the ashes of mayhem in the Sinaloa highlands—La Serpiente Negra. Tomás "El Colmillo" Barrera was a 1973 Federal Police commander who had avoided corruption. In a gioco della malavita where blood bound loyalty, this was hard to find. Yet, when Barrera did not accept the multimillion-dollar payoff from one of the massive cartels, a revenge assassination attempt meant for him found its way to Barrera's family. Three days after he offered information to the government about cartel activity, Barrera's wife and his two sons were found dead in a charred SUV dumped outside his home. After the initial outcry of cops on the scene, nothing happened. Noone arrested. Noone paid off. Just a sense of disgust and disarray. For five years, Barrera was off the grid. Many thought he was dead. He wasn't. He was underground. But where had Barrera gone? He found a group of like-minded individuals: disenfranchised soldiers, nefarious ex-intelligence operatives, and sicarios looking to kill selfish bosses who now banded together with one who wanted justice. They did not form a cartel per se; they were a well-oiled machine ready to fight. They were disciplined, attired (not in actual colors but aligned with goals), and all had revenge on the mind. Their reputation spread because they not only attacked but left the attack up to destiny—no one knew it was coming until it was already done. La Serpiente Negra became associated with underground organization; their logo—the black serpent coiling around a combat knife—became a watchword over great expanses where bustling towns existed no more because law enforcement never arrived due to fear. They have drug trafficking corridors, weapons trafficking routes, fronts for laundering via cryptocurrency, and mercenary operations and contracts throughout the Americas. They control 80% of gun trafficking routes into the United States and international routes for drug trafficking into the Americas. They differ from other major cartels not because of violence. They differ from other cartels because of intelligence. Noone knows who the bosses are; they communicate in code. Noone knows who the captains are; training happens in encrypted bunkers, and their tendrils stretch from jungles to urban operation HQs. They do not need to announce their presence. They do not need a grand entrance to strike. They strike once, and that's all it takes.

This sticks out the most.. This is a 1980's rp? Idk if this is an application made for the future of the server, or if you just have so little playtime that you didn't know that. I take it you don't read much because of your spelling 'No one' incorrect multiple times, but it's literally in the server's title.

Typically the gun trafficking involving the US is taking guns from inside and then smuggling them *out* of the US... But go off queen..

Your server playtime is laughable, and I don't think your grammar was very good. That could be because English isn't your first language or smth though, so I wont hang on that for too long. I don't think I can overlook your backstory literally coming from the future though. It doesn't make sense, and gives me a very assured feeling that your rp is likely lackluster. I don't think this application is all bad, as the cartel idea is very cool; however, I think you could easily go join the already existing Cartel on the server and it would give you the exact rp you're looking for... save for the public executions ig..

Half ass application, no knowledge of the server or timeline, AI generated story, just every hallmark of a shit application and shit faction.

Bros playtime is like playing a demo on the xbox 360 😭😭

On the serious note you have no playtime and experience do you think you're even capable of running a faction? It takes alot of responsibility.

not sure why everyone so mad here, this looks great!

the cartel de michocan!

Where there is no government, and the law exists at the end of a gun, a new cartel rose from the ashes of mayhem in the Sinaloa highlands—La Serpiente Negra.

Tomás "El Colmillo" Barrera was a Federal Police commander in 1973, one of the few who had resisted corruption. In the gioco della malavita—the deadly game of the underworld—where loyalty is written in blood, men like him were rare. When Barrera refused a multimillion-dollar payoff from one of the massive cartels, the consequences were brutal.

image.png.6f2c3851bf4573e02a342cc6e26ac9a1.png

Three days after he passed information to the government about cartel activity, a revenge assassination meant for him struck his family instead. His wife and two sons were found dead in a charred SUV dumped outside their home.

image.png.23ad4289d447f33baef703e53d6babc2.png

At first, there was outrage. Officers cried. Reporters came. But then—nothing. No arrests. No retaliation. No hush money. Just a bitter silence and a sense of disarray.

Then Barrera disappeared.

For five years, he was off the grid. Many believed he was dead.

He wasn’t. He was underground.

Barrera had found others like him—disillusioned soldiers, rogue intelligence agents, and sicarios tired of killing for cowards in suits. Men who didn’t want money. They wanted justice. Together, they formed something new.

Not a cartel—not exactly. More like a war machine.

Disciplined. Tactical. Focused. No matching colors, but a shared purpose. Each man driven by revenge.

Their attacks weren’t just effective—they were unpredictable. They didn’t leave warnings or threats. They left silence. Their enemies were dead before anyone knew they were in danger. Their symbol—a black serpent coiled around a combat knife—became infamous, whispered in fear across towns that no longer bustled, where law enforcement had long since stopped showing up.

image.png.7a5e446537180e48da6c55a6aacdaf36.png

La Serpiente Negra became a ghost force with real power.

They now command drug corridors, arms smuggling routes, cryptocurrency laundering operations, and mercenary contracts that span the Americas. They control 80% of all gun trafficking into the United States, and dominate major international drug routes across the continent.

But what makes them different isn’t their violence.

It’s their intelligence.

image.png.ef224a23aaa13e394bd7af0c4ea3c73c.png

No one knows who leads them. Communications are encrypted and layered in code. No one knows the names of their captains. Training takes place in sealed bunkers deep in the jungle or hidden beneath city streets. Their reach extends from cartel heartlands to urban warzones.

They don’t announce themselves.
They don’t show force.
They strike once. And that’s all it takes.

I agree with 4Lights, it seems well thought out and will add great roleplay to the server, give this guy 5 factions to run now!  I cant wait to have encrypted sitdowns with these guys.

Also can we add a bunker for their training ? 🙂
