+1 He has been gone for more than a year; it is reasonable that he could have changed. With 16 RDM Offences he played on average 36 hours without RDMing, meaning that he likely played for weeks straight on the server without any offences and is simply prone to killing those who piss him off in one way or another but are not permissible under the rules. It is not unreasonable to draw that with the amount of RDM compared to his high playtime, Pappy has intended to play seriously but has often made mistakes, with those he killed likely not being RDMed in the sense that the killings were in actuality random, but those he killed out of annoyance or grievance but were incompatible to the rules. Pappy should be allowed to come on Diverge oncemore.

+1 He is great, the notes on Prometheus network's are irrelevant; a permanent ban is inappropriate for a mistake made trying to legitimately carry out serious RP, despite this He is apologetic. Diverge is lucky he didn't use SKK-Drachengruppe powers to send space lazers to the server box.

+1 It was only once he realized that his other character was involved he left the situation; while that may have been OOC information, and it did act slightly for his own benefit, there is a longstanding de facto rule that police do not investigate their other characters and DAs don't prosecute their other characters. There was a conflict of interest in this situation which clearly made it inappropriate for the player to continue engaging in the RP situation, there is no reason that he should be punished as he was simply following the longstanding rule of not interacting with your other characters, which he also could have been punished for if he continued the investigation, which would also lead to him being banned because of his POs. Secondly, as Smokey points out, besides the conflict of interest principle that has been clearly laid out and enforced, if Chief Sosa continued this RP situation and arrested his Out-of-Character friend and took his firearm as would be proper and standard procedure in a case like this, he would be transferring the firearm from one of his characters to another via the arrest, and benefiting from giving the firearm to the evidence locker in exchange for in-game money. For these two clear and substantiated reasons, one of which draws upon long-standing rules that affect police and DA characters, thereby affecting him at the moment, and the second being that if he did not call off the RP interaction he would be committing a greater offense by transferring items to another one of his characters for his own benefit, I believe that this ban should be completely lifted and the note removed. @Aiden Why don't you retort instead of just calling me dumb?

+1 Livvy Dunne said she liked this and I like Livvy Dunne, I could see this going is Pendred wanna be Baby Gronk but if that ain hapnen I think its gonna go like someone who jelqed a bit too much. If we want this to happen pendred needs to get out of his goon cave, stop drinking them yappuchinos, and get on that andrew tate sigma grindet like "never back down never what"; I do greatly fear though that this could turn out like something that duke dennis would see only in OHIO. To conclude though, I believe that diverge could be the biggest bird and a poggers wholesome moment could be in session as long as we gyett that grindset and complete this the ocky way so we can be bussin bussin.

+1 The only change that I suggest is maybe having the newspaper boxes be able to print documents like a typewriter but the document it prints be settable; I believe that would be quite interesting as I used to run a political newspaper a while back and such a system would make it easier to run a newspaper without having to do so much to distribute.
