I am not sure what you are hoping for in terms of quality, but the Fritz Perfect Server Impossibility Principle states that a gmod server can have very good roleplay or a very high population, not both at the same time, and that this is due to fundamental player dynamics like the law of minge toleration, and high-playerbase maintenance theory, which makes the cost of maintaining high populations on gmod servers exponentially higher, but we won't get too into that stuff today. What's important to know is the equation itself: σ · Ψ < κₙ Where σ = Average Peak Player Count and Ψ = Roleplay quality on a scale of 1-10 The constant is defined as the Fritz Capacity Constant (κₙ), equal to 512, an experimentally determined upper bound on the total social coherence a Garry's Mod server can sustain. We need soul back in this server. Every week we should have a slam poetry night hosted by UA in the community discord. At first we should do slam poetry about our general love for diverge but then move onto different themes like factions, grinding bricks for the don, and even have special slam poetry sessions when we have conflict going on to just let everyone involved get some of their emotion out. Yeah it's normal, sometimes I just feel like using another steam account to play on the server for no reason sometimes

+1 We need this but we also should have like a gangs system for crews and they go to war with each other in different modes to earn "gang points" towards their racket and for money, and the don of the family with the most total gang points gets one of the limos from GTA V with the minigun on top and we remove the PD because it's not what this server's about

-1 Everyone loves Howie, I think he's a great dude, and I know that he is capable of good RP, and I also believe that he probably has better judgement than most people entrusted with being staff. On the other hand, I can't give a strong +1 here because most of what I see you do is minge or at least minge-spectrum activity; most of what I see from Howie is trying to get a ruse out of people, copbaiting, and generally other mingey activities. I understand that Howie is well liked, and he is a likeable person, but I believe a person's roleplay history should be at the front of determining if someone should be staff, and in this department, despite his capability, he has spent the majority of his time minging, copbaiting, getting PKed and creating a "new" (slightly different) character to do the same exact thing on, and despite his likeability, contributing to the overall enshittification of roleplay and arguably the server. Howie is fun to be around, but will Howie warn or ban people for copbaiting when it's what he spends half his time doing? Will Howie warn or ban people for being PKed, then assuming the same role in their family (which he has done), for making a character with an analogous name to do the same RP? I don't believe so, and, if so, would it not be hypocritical for him to do so while doing those things himself. I have had good times with Howie, but being likeable doesn't excuse the reality of what he does here, I think the mere tolerance of serial minges is a step that has turned Diverge closer to DarkRP than was ever intended, and if we make anyone who minges on a constant basis staff, we might as well merge communities with TitsRP.

Strong -1 No better roleplay than blindfolding and gagging someone! Being able to blind and gag someone seems like such a great idea, I know that being blinded and gagged during 30 minutes of RP would surely make me want to play on the server more!

Hello, one of the officers who was on the murder scene, and while I may not be the most directly involved, I had my radio on during the whole situation, and can address the claims that bullets was metagaming. At no point did bullet's cop character, Sebastian Garcia, interact with the murder scene at all. He did not respond once the call was given, he did not "relay any information" about the situation over RPD or voice radio regarding the situation, and given the circumstances, there is no way that any reasonable person could conclude that he was metagaming. He did not radio anything, he did not interact with anyone dealing with the scene, and so I have to spell out how stupid the accusations are. Firstly, this situation, from his ticket being taken, to his untimely demise was three minutes long. When Bullets took the ticket, he did not know where the body was going to be spawned, and, according to the clip, Bullets spawned the body less than two minutes after he was given the clip. What is the possible "Metagame" that two people here are alleging? In that 10 seconds after the ticket was closed, did Bullets got on his PD character, and then radio in "ALL UNITS TO GHETTO, MURDER", and then three cops instantly show up? That's ridiculous, obviously didn't happen, and I don't think accusing a staff member of breaking the rules who is obviously faultless is probably not the best strategy to getting unPKed.

Our names are not hidden out of uniform, we have the same blue name as all the other cops. We have to be on some sort of approved operation to be allowed to be plainclothes, meaning you literally have to fill out more than a page of paperwork to be able to not be in uniform as a detective.

We should get rid for all the templates and have attorneys use their own CPL complaint versions for every single filing
