  1. -1 This would be incredibly cool, but discourages RP, maybe this could be a thing if guns were incredibly incredibly inaccurate
  2. I actually really like the idea of casinos only being able to be used when they are staffed, the big NPC casino is kind of cringe, nothing like a real casino, no other people, no ability to order food, no entertainment; it'd be really quite nice to add to the RP if this was some sort of rule or mechanic, especially seeing as gambling was one of the larger money sources of the IRL mob.
  3. +1 RPs and is not stupid, better than most applicants.
  4. There is not much to elaborate, when a part of City Workers at nighttime, there are no jobs that get assigned to you.
  5. -1 You want a business you believe is a gap in the market? I have an idea: entrepreneurship. There's already an in-RP route to do this, selling clothing, delivery, etc. The taxes are not that high blud.
  6. +1 According to the law, they are supposed to be added to discourage idiocy, minge, and generally being dumb enough to be caught more than three times. It should have been added when the new system was made, along with all the other state charges that were forgotten aswell.

    Prison age

+1 I think DiscreetRavager brings a good point, a new character should be a clean slate. Maybe after a certain amount of years sentenced in total (like 150), you would just be PKed.
  8. +1 I like this idea, it would be based

    Masks

It is useful, it's rare now because roleplay is often stale, but sometimes people in factions are "not exactly aligned" with it's formal leadership or factions within a faction, and it's imperative to stop metagame via the tab menu in such situations.
  10. This is SO TRUE, please fix it so those stupid whiteshirtbacks can fix our lights like they're supposed to

    Pistols

Something like this would be cool, but the obvious issue is that all sorts of clothing have different waist diameters when it comes to how wide and long they go
  12. -Neutral It has been a year, I have seen you in other places and you're not very serious but you are admittedly the kind of person that really fits this kind of server.
  13. +1 Two year old ban for NITRP, people change, it is reasonable to let him back in.

    Ban appeal

+1 There is no reason to hold above one's head what they did on a Garry's Mod server years ago. Bread obviously has had no intent to break the rules for years, as his last ban was over two years ago. Since his appeal on April 8th, he has played and participated in this community with due regard to the rules. While the killing may have been slightly outside of the rules, it is clear that the person that he killed was harassing him and was warned to stop verbally harassing Bread multiple times before he killed him, it is no reason to exclude a well-preforming member of this community that has shown that he has not minged in years. The ban at hand should be reduced to a ban fitting of someone of his standing, without regard to his years-old nores, as it is only a slight misstep and obviously not the kind of thing that the Community Manager had spoken of when he said that this is Bread's "only second chance". Furthermore, I encourage the admin who banned Bread, and is now arguing against unbanning Bread to seek justice for those involved, not merely to secure the longest bans. I ask that the public interest is upheld, considering that he has played for months without any infractions and intends to continue to be a great part of the community, he should be allowed back.
  15. +1 While it is reasonable for the ban to be extended, the player who is appealing is relatively new to the community and has no previous offences. The ban should be greatly reduced in length even though he attempted to evade the punishment as it is unjust to permanently remove a member of the community with a clean record. While it was greatly inappropriate for him to try and evade the ban, Lysergic obviously had no intent to further break any rules while connecting again, and it should be considered that even as a newer member of the community he has made significant social connections to those on the server, creating an inherent instinct to want to participate and interact with them. All we ask is that the ban is reduced to a more proportional punishment considering the totality of the circumstances and lack of harm done.
