You either put the PK request in or don't, you don't get to leverage the clip to have them return the stolen item AFTER you've killed them. If you want to take it into roleplay and attempt to recoup the item before a hit is ordered after discussion with the opposing family (per regular diplomacy Roleplay) that's fine, but using an existing and valid PK request to leverage the item's return is powergame. (and OOC over mic pal!!) To iterate; powergame. If this was done properly in roleplay as I described above, then yes it's fine. Leveraging a clip to stop the pk from going through is not permitted, especially in a sit... Also no, The original theft of the shirt and pk was still valid but reversed later due to an attempted powergame to retrieve the virtual item, in this circumstance I will reverse the pk, however the item will be removed from circulation and destroyed.

There's no reason to change it, it's more than reasonable, people talk shit and front with guns all the time, not every interaction you have should lead to shoot out, weapons on safety just heightens the tension, which is the intention

Cream pretty much puts the thinking on display. Since open carry is a risk people arent usually doing that shit on the street. By changing the safety rule it would allow minges / instigators to run into shops being annoying until someone asks them to leave with a weapon out and the second they are told to buzz off they just shoot the guy. This still falls under RDM who's definition has semantically changed to fit all non valid kills as opposed to a pure random kill. Similar to this rule: It is the responsibility of the perpetrator to have properly read the rules and apply them correctly as to not 'accidently' break them. Should a staff member recognize that a player was unaware or is new then they will issue a warning or lighter punishment however this rule break must go on your record as a note/ban because it indicates to other staff you have been corrected already when making this mistake, as it prevents bad actors from repeating the same rulebreak over and over while claiming ignorance.

This was my reply to your previous appeal; 5-ish months ago. I imagine all the broken links here I had put images of you apologizing in your multiple old ban appeals + originally accepted perma appeal where you were so sorry and swore you change only to be banned again and again.
