Hello I was the Admin that PKed you. The action that initiated the mug was his attempt to tie you, he then had you at gunpoint and you failed to comply with the mugger's demands and attempted to kill him breaking FearRP, resulting in your death and PK shown in this clip. "Breaking Fear RP during a mugging or raid. If you are being mugged and break fear rp and die you may subject to a pk. Hello Money Blue, I was the admin that PKed you. As shown in this clip (log) you were caught stealing 4 W bricks, counting up to 10 grand or 20k street price, from how I see it just because you "gave" back 2 bricks to avoid the PK it wouldn't make sense unless you returned all 4 bricks. You know why you were PKed, so in the future don't go into people's drug deals and steal just enough to get PKed. I might be wrong about the returning 2 to avoid the PK but it doesn't seem right to me.

Hello Lessrecoil, I was the admin that oversaw the PK. You were PKed for "breaking several faction rules and causing issues with allies" In this situation the causing issues with allies could be a ton of things, but from what I've seen it was you running over fellow commission members, the faction rules that you broke are bringing heat the family and insubordination. I can not speak on the "metagaming" claim as I have close to no affiliation with either faction besides the alliance. When joining a faction you get a prompt: By accepting these risks you sign your life away. If your claims are true, I hope your character gets unPKed and sorry for the inconvenience

Hello, I'm the admin who banned you. As you said in your appeal message you claim he was "ear raping" which I can sort of tell in the clip I was provided but when someone is micspamming you make a ticket by doing "@ Micspam" and someone will assist you by gaging them, but what you did was shoot him without the proper warnings. In the sit when I asked you why you killed him, your response was "I wanted to" making me think you just did it for the sake of it, then created an excuse in the sit to try and get out of it. You proceeded to go find and attempt to compensate him, so you knew what you did was wrong. You also have ONLY been punished for RDM so you have a decent understanding of what it is. And I understand you were trying to rectify the issue by giving him money but it's not a requirement for the person to forgive you and not report you after you try bribing him. Hello Happy, banning admin here. I banned you and your friend for MVDM and NITRP because you were running people over on alt chars with mingey names to "kidnap" them. I wouldn't be against maybe shortening it by a day or two but I think I was more than fair considering how many people you ran over. I counted how many people you and your buddy ran over and it was 10 people for your friend and, around 6 for you, logically even if you have a clean record which you did it would still be a ban for how many people you ran over, it was clear as day you had the intentions to do what you did.

I'd assume if you have played this server for two whole years, as well as been staff you'd know what you did is wrong and against the rules. Hello, PKing admin here. So, you were PKed because you left the faction. When joining factions, you get a prompt on your screen asking you to agree to take the risks of being a criminal, and one of those risks is being PKed. As Falcon showed, you purchased their illegal product, and by buying that product that makes you a problem for the faction if you leave, you've seen their illegal side which makes you a criminal, NOT "(Security, waiters, doormen, drivers, etc)". If you read the PK guidelines "This 'left faction' reason is valid for 2 weeks after the individual leaves" and they placed the orders within hours of you leaving.

Hey, I'm the admin who told you to appeal, as well as the one who watched over the PK. You were PKed because you had Don's orders as I told you in-game, the reasons for your death are "Causing trouble around our property" which can entail, causing police to come to the property or shooting people, etc, the second reason is "Bringing unwanted attention" which is, essentially getting unwanted police attention. When joining a faction you get a prompt and by agreeing it you sign your characters life away.

World corp reconstruction Adds more RP for up incoming factions/companies to run out of the rooms and is overall a cool building. The map no longer has usable tall buildings besides the apartments, which nobody can really use, unless they pay the owners of the buildings for keys.

You weren't PKed for being AFK, it was for "Insubordination", You just happened to be AFK while you were set active and killed.

Hello, PKing admin here. You were PKed because you had orders for your death. When joining a criminal faction, you get a pop-up while getting whitelisted, and as it says, "This comes with the risk of being permanently killed." All factions have rules, and you broke one of your faction rules, which resulted in your character's death. Unfortunately, you where AFK so you didn't know what happened.

I think hiding the vehicles you don't have the whitelist to should be a sorting option, or just having them hidden from the list until you purchase the whitelist from the owner. It gets confusing when you're hiring a new player and they have 0 clue about what they are doing and don't know how to search for the vehicle you are asking them to buy, so just hiding all the vehicles you can't even buy would for sure fix the confusion with new players, gets rid of the clutter and overall is a QOL change.

Banning Admin here. The reason I banned you is because around 12PM EST, you shot and killed an officer for simply asking for your ID because you were brandishing your firearm. [Clip] The only situations you can shoot a cop is if they attempt to tase you/handcuff you, from the clip I was provided the officer never attempted either, I've had a friend in the same situation [Forum of the same situation] and it was denied obviously. The reason for the 2-week ban is because of how often and how many times you've RDMed, I'm not too certain on what you meant by you didn't have PO's on your record from our conversation over Discord but you have an extensive record of RDM/ARDM I was honestly confused how your latest RDM ban was only 4 days. I know you weren't online for the sit because you are in the UK so I understand the confusion.
