Thank you for voicing your point, to clarify: 1. I am not a NYC cabbie, that was the other commenter above - I work for another family. 2. I took option B - they didnt expect it and I took care of business - trying to escape before being gunned down by a bystander lol. 3. Regardless of actions i took i had 5 minutes to complete my revenge. We tried to find them after they ran off by a car and they returned to little italy, after we returned and i used the ATM to get ammo. And "no one moved on from the event but me"?? what video are you looking at?? we were literally standing and talking about the same situation lol which escalated. 4. This is gmod - not john wick, if i took care of the threat (which i did, prior to dying) little italy wwould be on my ass, which i do not mind nor care for as im prepare to take it - the style i used to get the job done was valid and of course it's malicious as I was, with intent, trying to kill someone who, in the moment, i deemed was a valid kill as they shot at us first for something that was not worthy of being shot at [hence the RDM bait]. Don't forget we did try talk about it and not escalate hence "standing around" but threats were thrown thus rendering the talk away. 5. Yes I hope UA will take a peek as in my opinion, respectfully, you still dont seem to have a grasp of the on going situation. (my leaving from the server im sure was a lot longer than 2 minutes after the event but not sure of course, logs can confirm). I get me leaving the server (whilst i am with the belief it was a valid kill) and looking at my POs in my absence looks bad on me and i see why you may favour towards the "yeah probably he did it - look at his POs" - i suggest you reconsider and relook because clearly its not the case as ive sent you a clip too and even the cabbie wrote above which i dont think you took into consideration (we both died afterwards btw despite him not doing anything to warrant a death)

Have you not seen my clip and seen the bigger picture?? I literally shown you the minutes before hand giving at least 2 more minutes of context which you wont find in that clip giving you my side and i believe I gave a more thorough explanation to defend myself and state that this entire situation shouldn't be pointed at me as we were randomly shot at the beginning. It's not the case he's "standing still" and if anything i had 5 minutes to enact and this fell within the 5 minutes - taking this clip at face value which it seems like is not okay. I wouldn't have killed if i didnt view it as valid and frankly i believed it was at the time of the incident. Frankly this should constitute as RDM baiting.

Hellooo - i was banned by falcon whilst i was offline for RDM and the only reason i can see me getting banned for a kill is for me killing one of the few people who shot at us whilst i was in a cab, and the cab driver was taking me to my destination - granted the cab driver perhaps was awful at driving - and the cab got shot at by someone whos car was hit (maybe? not sure) and was chasing the cab driver for their "insurance details" and he drove off due to the fact there wasnt anything meaning full to RP there. I took damage from it and got out to see who it was. There were two people who dressed similar aand i got a glimpse of it - and upon returning (and being ran over etc) we had a discussion I shot one of them as they were coercing and threatening me and the cabbie. I did pull out a gun way to early and played it off as saying "the cab driver owes me money too, dont worry youre cool" and the fact i was shot at - i killed one of them. Now i think the error may be the fact, looking at my clip, i may have potentially killed the wrong guy who didnt shoot at us initially and pin it to the spur of the moment as it was quite hectic. But we got shot at for no good reason, being shot at for a tap isnt it, and should surely be rdm in itself due to it being a poor ecuse, if it was multiple hits then sure but we were driving away and had no beef lol. Plus the threats werent helping - sure the guy that i killed didnt pull out a weapon and it waas verbal threats which would constitute being shot - but the fact we were shot at before - which in the moment i wasnt sure who eaactly - the fact the guy i shot was pressing and doing it i thought it waas him and shot him - (looking at the clip the guy who shot at us was slightly distant hence attention being on them) The cab driver had no one to defend him and i took that stance - even if both of us are being threatened after the fact we did nothing worthy of being shot at. so i hope for this to be overturned as its a messy situation which shouldnt have started initially by being shot at for no good reason and followed with threats with either of the two suspects as I believed they both possessed the ability to hurt/harm us. Whenever your FPS becomes dog doodoo and stays that way with you knowing it's due to the server, particularly when walking towards hardware/park where it's most notorious for awful fps drop, type this command into console which may help as it helped me 80% of the time to fix the fps drop. Valid points. the PA only for cop factions usage to avoid mingery. Yeah with spikes - balancing would be something to think about. Perhaps omly Task Force have it and maybe sergeant+ Peoper spray - i guess it wasnt used in 1988 but perhaps it worth adding as a precursor to actual pepper spray i.e development pepper spray. (Just like you have cars from the 2000s in game, perhaps its a worthwhile compromise in linearity

I mean with how the foundations of the server are setup, adding a third racket will significantly shift the dynamic and may lead to changes in the equilibrium of how things work. Atm it's 1. Drugs 2. Guns 3. Mugging/thefts but then you're quite limited. Steal cars? Cant sell it/people can respawn them at the dealership whilst your driving it. extortion/protection racket? Civs dont really own any shops/businesses suff - they are run by other factions so cant go down that avenue. Perhaps having more types of civilian factions can do the trick and less investment into new crime families to be added along with current ones? Opening the door to extortion/protection rackets.

So I am suggesting the addition upgrades to the cop cars but these points are more auxiliary and quite minor like: - Some for of Red/Blue Flashing lights when sirens are on. - A sort of flashing Yellow light for during when a police car is stationary/cordoning an area. - A sort of speaker in the car like a PA to have a bit of extended range in dealing with communications i.e Cops across the strees telling geoups across to disperse. (only which cops can use to prevent minges having another means of mingery) - A potentially means of cops which die have a short range in which they yell for "help/officer do-" but i fear this one may certainly be unnecessary and take away from the RP - but ill keep it in case. Tools - Spikes: Patrol get access to Spike (but Corporal+ As to not oversaturated the product and balance it) Can certainly help with various fast and overpowered car involved in which people often either 1. successfully escape or 2. Police avoid initiating such a chase which seems to be common. Pepper Spray: Another Non lethal means of incapacitating/preventing people running away (essentially temporarily blinding/blurring vision for a short period) to help deal with those running away or committing battery (as the taser mechanic is difficult and the only non lethal option) - Batons have can chance break legs if targetting them to help with escaping. As the window to time a taser shot and someone hitting with a baton is very narrow.

1. Some parts of the map are missing traffic lights. 2. Whilst you have surrendered [f7] and a cop triess to cuff you, if you unsurrender around the same time as youre cuffed then you'd be able to continue as if you werent cuffed [access to keys and hands etc], this happened to me accidentally, i had let james know immediately and followed the RP though and making a bug report. 3. Whilst i was stuck in a lightpost trying to get out of my car, cops were tasing me [for fun/abusing icly], and when i got in the car as the taser completed, i believe i ended up in a sitting position outside of the car behind the boot, floating. I think that's what caused it, but didnt get a clip as medal was on. This too was reported to online staff.

These were questions that should've been given during the hiring process and not something to be asked later on. This is on you. and there were 2 questions at most. There was literally nothing else suspect. After which i was told be careful not to ask anything else and I complied and haven't asked anything since then.
