PKing admin here (sort of) So just some info on the PK. I was asked to set two individuals as PK active by someone else in your faction. You and him drove around the city looking for them, bumping into them a number of times but they kept giving you the slip. The other guy cornered one of them in an alley and shot him but he managed to live and escape and make it back to his 'brother'. Following that, presumably now extremely cautious around you both, you found them and tried to lure them with promises of promotions and money but they chose to hire some people instead to attack you before you could attack them again

You asked me to set two individuals as active, I watched for a bit as you chased them around the town trying to get them to somewhere out of the way. They tried to run away and didn't want to go with you. You and your friend chased them in a car, and they managed to get away a few times. You found one of them in an alley and shot him and he hopped the fence and ran away and probably linked back up with his 'brother'. You then tried to lure them back into the Legacy building offering promotions and money but at this time they were already aware of your intentions, and knew you were a threat because of your previous blunder in trying to shoot them in the alley.

Would be a bit of a ballache I Imagine but, with the new map update I felt like the shop fronts didn't really get any love Would be great if similarly to the restaurant, there was stairs in the back room of the vacant shops that lead to another staff room upstairs. Would be great for more meeting space, stock rooms, offices etc Edit: and a big HD picture of Lord Thorn of Malamute in city hall

You can play dumb to not knowing the mechanics or rules, but you both knew what you were doing. You may have not been in a VC together but there is no doubt that you knowingly concocted a plan with your friend to get one of you set to PK active to cause damage, as when one of you were made active you immediately placed tickets in saying 'I'm PK active, can i wipe out the whole faction!?'. You have a massive PO history, and offer nothing to the community.

So that makes it valid RP? So if I made a flying spaceship and used rumour to advertise it, that would be okay? just because one of you tried to bring it IC doesn't mean it's acceptable. Of all the places on the map to hold a 'car meet', you chose a place in which everybody on the server accesses which is entirely surrounded by walls, it's common sense that you're clearly lacking. As something like this was bound to happen. My point still stands, the RDM is debatable but Fisher and the rest of you were still minging.

Just want to point something out as I was the staff member who removed all of your cars. What's interesting here is that your defence is 'we were having a demolition derby inside car dealer', which also seems to have been orchestrated through a Discord call? Whilst the RDM is debatable it's clear that you're still minging and potentially metagaming. Inb4 'everyone was doing it'

-1 Minusing this for a few reasons. PRO: - Diverse. It has potential to be a good idea but not in its current state CON: - Your backstory makes no sense at all. Why would ranchers sell their beloved family ranch to move into a bustling city to get into underground black market shit? it just doesn't make sense to me at all. You also mention that they're pushed out of the south and moved to New York... where in the south? why where they pushed out? IMO you need to explain that because why would SOUTHERN ranchers move to the East Coast? - You're missing some incredible opportunities for backstory. You could have old school 'wanted' posters for the main family members in your faction. You could even download a single player western map and build your old ranch. It's not necessary but to me that's the kind of stuff that makes applications really stand out. - The name is terrible, If you're planning on becoming a sort of 'Cowboy esque' faction you should lean into it more. Call yourself something like 'The Yellowstone Family' 'The Calhoun Boys', names like these to me scream Cowboy... 'Box' does not.

+1 Decent app but there are a few 'annoyances' rather than actual issues. PRO: - Decent play time - Diversity, would be great to have another cartel IMO. - Well thought out backstory - Seems like you have a plan going forward and a backstory to rely on. CON - I hate that the font changes at random and random words are in italics? - Wall of text. Images aren't always required but there is a lot of text without any break up. - Grammar could do with some work, as well as the headings could be named better. - You over use words, in this instance the name 'Carlos' appears 45 times. It makes for an easier read if you use 'he' appropriately. If you've already started a sentence with 'Carlos did this' then the next line can be followed with 'he' rather than Carlos again.

You pretty much confirmed it with this comment, you believed the police had no reason to arrest you, so you decided to shoot. Firing at police is a risk that you put on yourself. You didn't have to get violent, you chose to do it. You had the ability to call staff if you felt there was some rule break going on, but instead you made the decision to get violent and then complain when you lost the gun fight.
