-1 Minusing this for a few reasons. PRO: - Diverse. It has potential to be a good idea but not in its current state CON: - Your backstory makes no sense at all. Why would ranchers sell their beloved family ranch to move into a bustling city to get into underground black market shit? it just doesn't make sense to me at all. You also mention that they're pushed out of the south and moved to New York... where in the south? why where they pushed out? IMO you need to explain that because why would SOUTHERN ranchers move to the East Coast? - You're missing some incredible opportunities for backstory. You could have old school 'wanted' posters for the main family members in your faction. You could even download a single player western map and build your old ranch. It's not necessary but to me that's the kind of stuff that makes applications really stand out. - The name is terrible, If you're planning on becoming a sort of 'Cowboy esque' faction you should lean into it more. Call yourself something like 'The Yellowstone Family' 'The Calhoun Boys', names like these to me scream Cowboy... 'Box' does not.

+1 Decent app but there are a few 'annoyances' rather than actual issues. PRO: - Decent play time - Diversity, would be great to have another cartel IMO. - Well thought out backstory - Seems like you have a plan going forward and a backstory to rely on. CON - I hate that the font changes at random and random words are in italics? - Wall of text. Images aren't always required but there is a lot of text without any break up. - Grammar could do with some work, as well as the headings could be named better. - You over use words, in this instance the name 'Carlos' appears 45 times. It makes for an easier read if you use 'he' appropriately. If you've already started a sentence with 'Carlos did this' then the next line can be followed with 'he' rather than Carlos again.

You had the ability to call staff if you felt there was some rule break going on, but instead you made the decision to get violent and then complain when you lost the gun fight. Following the evidence that Pizzle provided, it's clear that you were intending to VDM people. You also have a previous warning for VDM as well as a warning for RDM on the same night that you received this ban. I highly suggest you read the rules before returning to the server.

You were banned because in the sit you openly admitted to RDMing because people were calling you out via rumour. I said to you that rumour could be anybody... Italians could be pretending to be Asian etc. In regardt the situation that happened before you RDM'd multiple people, it doesn't matter - you should've called staff that you were RDM'd following a mugging. Just because you were RDM'd doesn't mean you can retaliate... It's called revenge RDM. It's not eye for an eye. We're here for a reason but you took it upon yourself to retaliate. Re-read the rules.

+/- Not a bad application, however I think it does fall on the lackluster front as others have pointed out. I would maybe take this to the drawing board again and figure out what you can change to make it more original, as it currently stands to me, it reads as just another Italian faction which you actually agree with yourself and the 'new elements' you speak of don't really strike me as making the faction that much different from others that already exist in the server. PRO - Well written - Backstory was broken up nicely, I enjoyed the use of images and dates. CON - Not diverse enough IMO. We have 6 Italian factions at the moment, and I don't think what you have put in this app is enough to distinguish yourselves from the others. - I liked the backstory but I do feel like it could've been padded out more with more information and history of the faction to make it really stand out. - Lack of originality, as others have pointed out there isn't really anything new in this application.

+1 - Active member of the server and due to nationality can cover a time period where the server may not be as staff populated - Never had a bad interaction with Hammer, Good roleplayer and always strives for good rule abiding RP out of others around him. I think he's make a great mod.

Usually I'd do a pro and con list to help the applicant out with their app, but I don't really have a pro for this one CON: - Massively AI generated. Massive slap in the face to those who have spent hours building their applications. - You claim to be experienced in RP but you can't give a single example that isn't generated by AI. - Your play time is incredibly low. You won't have the experience on how to run a successful faction. Play more. - Italian-black is a weird combination for your ethnicity. - Application is a wall of text which is hard to read and not at all gripping. My suggestion to you would be to have this one closed, take what I and others are saying, build a better application and play the server more and build the application over time.

When did you have your flags removed? / how are you going to ensure you won't do something like this again as IMO your appeal doesn't seem very sincere.

I'm just curious about something, In your original post you say that you went to a meeting and was killed, were you immediately pk'd upon death? your comment 'Ghost killed me, and I was later PKed.' suggests that after you were shot, you weren't PK'd immediately?
