From the clips I have reviewed, you attempted to kill an individual during an active PK situation, which led to them confirming with staff whether they could also kill you. As you mentioned, you were then assassinated from rooftop to rooftop. The rules relevant to this situation are as follows, directly copied from the PK Guidelines, which form the basis of my decision. Being killed while trying to PK someone If you are attempting to PK someone, you are also considered PK active during the hit. This means that if you are attempting to kill, or have just killed, the victim but are then killed yourself, you are also subject to a PK. Therefore, you should not be reckless when carrying out these serious actions. This includes being killed by a third party acting in defense of the victim, or by a police officer attempting to apprehend you shortly after the hit takes place. As the hitman, your objective is to carry out the hit and escape the area, remaining hidden for the next 15 minutes. You may not disconnect until this minimum timer has expired, and doing so to avoid death will result in a PK for LTAP. During the hit, you, Arturo Bonnano, opened fire on the individual who had killed your ally. This satisfied the criteria for acting in defence of a victim. After failing to kill him, you were then killed by the same individual due to your participation in the PK.

These were the clips provided to me, Usually when i ban someone with PO's the time scales with Each Rule Broken, In your situation, i decided to give you a Two Day ban instead of a 3/4, because you are clearly new to the server and your actions were influenced by those in the VC. For future reference, You MAY NOT Be in a Vc whilst roleplaying, and actively commenting on the situations that are going on, as that constitutes Metagame. In the clips provided to me, The reporting party was trapped behind a door, and shot before he dealt visible damage to you, making it RDM. In the clip Prior, you are clearly in a VC and RDM him for no reason, and his friend. Hello, Pking adming here. You were killed through orders from your Previous Faction. As I'm sure you are aware, when you join a faction you get a pop up reading a few things, one of them is, that you may be PKed by your boss. In the act of leaving the faction, Anyone with permission to write orders is allowed to do so. +1 Doesn't seem to be lying about his situation. If handled properly from the player side of thing it could've been some funny RP, for reference do not force RP onto others.

If you did infact open a ticket through the discord to inform them of a technical issue leading up to your ban or shortly after, then that helps your case. At the end of the day, it's up to other staff to Accept or Deny this Appeal. I Hope you have a good day aswell.

Player disconnected from the server, reason: Disconnect by user. Judging from the proof that was provided to me, It appears as if you LTARPed to avoid being searched during your arrest.

While I personally like the idea of this being put in place, it's a roleplay server and no matter if someone is annoying or not you can roleplay it out. Plus I can't wait to see the situations where someone knowing they are muted abuses the mute system, by following you. Holding you under FearRp knowing you can't hear them, and inevitably pking you just because you chose to mute them. However I do love the idea of a volume slider if it's possible to implement that feature.

-1 From my experiences with him as staff, he doesn't have a firm understanding of the server rules and as such wouldn't be capable of enforcing them well, he has broken several rules in the past in terms of situations I've had with him, and came off of two bans within the past few months, One for LTARP and the other for Mugging Char. On that note in terms of the bans he has failed to mention his ban for LTARP | Fail Mug | Metagame | Item Transfer Andy is not level headed enough to make decisions in a staff environment from my interactions with him, as a reporting and reported member of the server. I Do not believe Andy Should be a member of the staff team.

I like the idea of having new melee that remains in the 1990s feel of things, such as knuckle dusters or flip knives etc etc.

I think restricting Pks / Mugging to Char Playtime would be very nice. However I disagree with the idea of it being your main character only, as I and other people like to have characters in different factions and contribute to more than one roleplay at a time. If I'm promoting good RP I don't see why I'd have to break character when given orders to say 'This isn't my main character'(s) etc, even if it's in terms of ooc messaging, as it immediately kills the roleplay in that scenario I mean, imagine. There's an intern minging and you go to someone to give them orders, you roleplay it out. Follow all the rules and all the guidelines, only to learn that they infact, can't do anything for you. Because their main character is elsewhere, it immediately ruins all that roleplay leading up to the scenario However. Being forced to have 1 Week or 2 in Char Playtime would be nice in my opinion, to limit the ZIPS Who have no RP Backstory / RP in the server. If this were implemented of course.

I like the idea of this being in the server as a Dono Feature. Should be something you can customise somewhere in the F1 Menu per Character Imo

I Would like the idea of Restaurant RP Being more than walking to a cash register and charging someone 10x your buy amount. It'd make a lot more non crim rp and ways to profit passively etc. Might even make more business types, such as a Farming Company that sells to Restaurants, Could even be a New Civ job at the townhall ran out of some building no one uses. etc etc. I think it'd be really nice if done well. and could be implemented for not only more Roleplay but maybe a shift in economy and "Farming" instead of mindlessly grinding shipments 24/7.

Whilst I know this may seem rude, I mean no disrespect Your pleading and begging for an unpk will not change the final verdict, it doesn't matter. Most people do not receive a 'Second Chance' Especially not those who willingly run from a mugging. You were given the rules since the moment you joined the server such as everyone else, and it's clear you're familiar with the forums, meaning you've had since you joined, the time to familiarise yourself with them or "Review" them as mentioned As it stands a higher ranking member of staff will view this forum thread, and will make the final verdict. In my opinion I like you as a person, but that does not change the fact of the matter. I do not see this as a non valid PK. My opinion on the matter is that the PK occured as the reaction to your actions, and running away from a mugger should lead to your death, as it would in any other situation with anyone else.

Hello, sorry for my delay in input, I'm one of the staff members who discussed your PK with Winchester before it occured, while you cannot forcibly mug for money there is no rule prohibiting the asking of money, the mugging rules specifically state the following. 7. You may only kill the victim if they DO NOT comply with your demands. Victims that comply are to be left unharmed. 9. There are several ways you may initiate a mugging, the following actions can be considered initiation of a mugging - Holding someone at gunpoint with the intention of mugging them - Holding someone at gunpoint and ordering them to drop cash / items 10. When can you kill someone in a mugging for it to be considered a PK? - You must FIRST, properly initiate a mugging (See Mugging Rule 9.) (Mentioned above) - They attempt to flee while you have them at gunpoint/fear rp. (Does not apply if you disengage fear rp. See fear rp rules) In terms of your situation, You were being mugged. And chose to run away, where you were then killed. This would fall under the circumstances of Breaking "FearRP" during a mugging and paying the price for such an act. Which happens regularly on the server if an individual has an insufficient grasp on the rules as mentioned. FearRp Rules mentioned will be listed here 1. While under fearrp it's recommended you oblige by the commands of your captor, if you attempt to escape or pull out a weapon to fight back but are killed that would display a disregard for your own safety, a calculated risk you took which failed, resulting in your PK.
