I stated that I specifically MUG minges because they minge, that is correct, which isn't against the rules, the rules you are quoting is for writing orders, has nothing to do with mugging rules. Nobody is forcing people to not comply, plus if they have nothing, why run? I get giddy when they run because its fun to mop them up, but I have clearly shown that if they comply they will get restrained and items stolen, which is what mugs are for. The problem with the term PK hunting is that I have no control of if they abide by fear RP or not, I follow the cooldown rules, there's no mass-mugging, every PK I have gotten approved has followed the rules, I can mug just about anybody I like for any reason, mugging rules say nothing about whatever youre preaching. Also nobody is ordering the mugging of people, every mug has been carried out by me personally and whoever wants to join along, nobody is "ordered" to come with on muggings, lmao.

Also, we do not mug people assuming they are going to be PK'D we bring restraints to every mug and have tied people up in the past who comply (Clips attached.) We go after people who go into the city on alt-minge characters and spend the day ramming into people's cars or have zero intent to roleplay, citizens who do not minge or actually play the game do not get mugged. The server has a MASSIVE minge problem and nobody really does anything about it, on the rare occasion when a minge actually follows orders, we tie them up and tell them to stop being a jackass and usually take everything they have. Though most of them do not comply because they have no intent to actually roleplay a single thing. There has been NO rule break, Byte is just being power-trippy because he doesn't like me for various reasons. If you look in the weapons act there is a list of all class 1,2,3 and 4's that the server has, but a gun racket needs to pay to get them put in

Thank you for the reply. It would have been impossible for me to get a life-sentence, all I had was drugs on my character, which is felonious, would not get me a life-sentence. The firearm I had was licensed and that's the only thing they could charge me for.

Given the circumstance I tried my best to hurry back on. But was told to submit an appeal, even if I did not time-out I would not have faced 50+ years in prison to warrant a PK. Hello, I believe melee weapons are in need of a revamp, the current state of them is an absolute joke and make absolutely no sense, from what I can tell they are not affected by strength (same damage 1 to 30 strength) a spade from the hardware store (85 dollars) can kill somebody in three hits while a fire-axe (that you need to order from a vendor and costs 2k) kills somebody in five hits. In its current state strength and melee weapons are practically useless other than some niche roleplay scenarios. I believe that we should give them a much needed revamp to these weapons would gradually increase their use for roleplay and for actual utility.

There are several quotes on the map you guys reference that explains greenzones and redzones, yes the area is a red-zone HOWEVER there is an NPC nearby which your map literally explains that even though its a red-zone, you can't mug anybody.

"Unless there is an NPC or witness present all rooftops & sewers are RED muggable areas." This line right here debunks this entire thing, There was an NPC present so therefor the area cannot be muggable.

I don't really give a flying fuck if you denied somebody else's appeal, this is about server rules, you have a rule that you cannot mug in line of sight of NPCS, THERE IS AN NPC IN LINE OF SIGHT OF ME THE ENTIRE TIME! What is the point of the "NPC Line of sight" rule if I clearly was in their line of sight. You should make the rule way more clear if you're just gonna disregard it entirely.

Are you trying to have a realistic server or not??? what is the point of having line of sight NPCS if you're not even gonna obey it. I was clearly in line of sight of the NPC I never left that door-way, why have that rule if you'll disregard it.
