There are several quotes on the map you guys reference that explains greenzones and redzones, yes the area is a red-zone HOWEVER there is an NPC nearby which your map literally explains that even though its a red-zone, you can't mug anybody.

"When mugging or initiating a mug; Ensure there is no one else around, you may not start mugs infront of witnesses." "You may not mug infront of an NPC regardless of this map." "Unless there is an NPC or witness present all rooftops & sewers are RED muggable areas." This line right here debunks this entire thing, There was an NPC present so therefor the area cannot be muggable.

I don't really give a flying fuck if you denied somebody else's appeal, this is about server rules, you have a rule that you cannot mug in line of sight of NPCS, THERE IS AN NPC IN LINE OF SIGHT OF ME THE ENTIRE TIME! What is the point of the "NPC Line of sight" rule if I clearly was in their line of sight. You should make the rule way more clear if you're just gonna disregard it entirely.

Are you trying to have a realistic server or not??? what is the point of having line of sight NPCS if you're not even gonna obey it. I was clearly in line of sight of the NPC I never left that door-way, why have that rule if you'll disregard it.

Line of sight still exists between me and the NPC regardless of the map. This is how greenzones and NPCS work everywhere else, why not here? he should have closed to door or had somebody assist him, it was all around an extremely lazy mug attempt.
