Ace already covered most of it - Your "roleplay" isn't and wouldn't ever be valid, even with an extended period of time "building" that character. Any roleplay that relies inherently on killing players for their choice of playermodel can't stick, and this was a blatant case of RDM and NITRP. You have been spoken to regarding RDM before, too. Hopefully throughout the duration of your ban you can read through the server rules, as your knowledge of those will be paramount to understanding what IS and ISN'T acceptable roleplay on the server. I'm glad to hear you find the server fun, and hope that you can continue enjoying it within the boundaries of the rules once your ban has expired.

I am overall onside with separating a vanity description from your actual physical description, and ensuring that all players can be described ic-ly for things like legal rp, mug retaliation, etc. However, I feel like the way the descriptions look is not great, and there's maybe a conversation to be had around how realistic some of the info in them is. I don't believe the average person can perfectly guess the height and weight of an individual just from a glance, or even by "taking a closer look" So the two parts of my suggestion are: 1) Simplify the way the descriptions are laid out because I feel like the generic sentence that currently exists is not very good (for reference it is: A gender stands before you at around height and weighing around weight. The have Color hair and Color colored eyes.) I have attached an idea of how to simplify it a bit - I'm sure there's probably a better/more aesthetically appealing middle ground though! 2) Edit physical descriptions to be more vague, rather than just using the word "around" in there. My suggestion for that would be to have set ranges of heights and weights, and possibly even for eye and hair colors - these could be: Short (5'0-5'6)/Average(5'7-6'0)/Tall (6'1-6'6) or similar for heights. For weight it could be Light Build, Medium Build, Large Build - Idk how to distribute that as I don't really use lbs. For hair color it could say Dark or Light - but hair color is generally easy to discern so this one isn't as important. - This actually makes sense roleplay wise as it then relies on players using their actual brain to estimate how tall someone is when describing them to another person, and is something some people will be more experienced and accurate in, just like in real life. Another idea would be to add a limited set of options to use for your characters physical description if you so choose. These could be things like Tattooed, Scarred, Tanned, Pale - things like that. Just to slightly set people apart that bit more. Here's an example, but again I am sure others might think of an even better way to display it.

Your ban is the product of a variety of clips and pieces of evidence shared with me by the TM, in conjunction with your extensive history of notes, including 4 bans. No active threat is made to you in the duration of your interaction with the TM. Overall, the clear cut RDM with a serious history of notes is what has landed you with a 10 day ban, which seems more than generous looking at your overall record, and history of short bans despite it. Police Corruption: Being Corrupt does NOT mean you are doing criminal acts, that means working on the inside of the PD with criminal factions. You cannot just openly commit crimes on that police character. If you want to be a criminal, make a criminal character. As soon as you put yourself in a corrupt situation it is possible to be PK'ed. You may not false arrest people or invent crimes they didn't commit. You may not plant evidence on people to have them arrested without Admin approval. This requires corruption rp in conjunction with a criminal faction who have proper reasons to frame or PK that person. You may not enact vigilante justice. You may not perform hits. You may not mug people or commit any other obvious general crime as stated in the first line of this sub section. You may beat suspects or use excessive force. (At the risk of potential PK retaliations if it's continued or targetted) (Do not beat them to Death, this is RDM) You may accept bribes, letting people into areas or scenes they shouldn't and other undercover corruption that may apply. (IA may investigate and suspend / Fire Officers) You may not distribute confiscated weapons/drugs/contraband or anything obtained from your police locker for reasons of balance, powergaming and metagaming Officers ranked Captain+ are considered NYPD High Command and are not permitted to be corrupt You may not act corrupt for a faction you are apart of or are allied with on different characters. Using your rank to abuse or meta for a family you are apart of or are allied with on other characters is strictly forbidden and can result in severe consequences for anyone involved. SOP violations are not corruption, corruption means breaking the law. An action that does not break the law but violates the NYPD SOP is not considered corruption. Corruption PKs: You are found guilty by court via evidence A faction/rival faction PKs you with rightful reasoning

+1 I don't have a huge amount of experience with him, but has good playtime and has to my knowledge split it between PD and his crim char(s) quite evenly I see him around a lot too

The bit where it says 'Illegal Parking' is what Canadian was referring to there Never underestimate Diverge cops, they'd be towing every slightly misaligned car - and it would be a huge bias issue with how many factions have whitelist vehicles
