Hi You transferred multiple items to a friend on your old character, were pk'd and then 1 month later at the Little Italy ATM asked your friend to let you attempt to take the items back. He complied, allowing you to take the items. He was banned for a time for his role in your Item Transfer as a middleman. The Crazy Suit was the item I used to track the transfer, and it is perfectly visible and validated via our server logs. I have the entire interaction between the 2 of you clipped, and you openly acknowledge the fact that the items were provided to the middleman by you, on another char, and that you'd like to take them back on your new character. Item Transfer is simply just not allowed: Likewise you may not transfer money or items between any of your characters in anyway. Nor are you allowed to act as the middleman for someone else's item or money transfer. Transferring items or money between two of your characters is not permitted under any circumstance. (For your information, your character has also been pk'd)

Hi banning admin here. I was asked to weigh in on, and then enact your ban during a conversation with at least 6 other staff members, including staff higher ranking than myself. Looking through your logs, it is blatantly apparent to me, as well as the other staff, that you don't intend to roleplay. In your previous appeal, you said: "If I get unbanned, I plan to roleplay and add to the servers experience instead of take away from it. If I come back to the server I won't be mugging at all, shouting at people for no reason, or breaking any rules." So far you have spent most of your time mugging, outside of that AFK'ing at your property, and making negative and cringeworthy Underground Advertisement endlessly. It's worth noting that hiring a few people and ordering oil is not what constitutes roleplay. Your provided evidence of roleplay is also pretty sub-par. You have been known to mug various people who blatantly have nothing of value on their person, which to my eye is likely PK hunting. You make the core of your character, down to his nickname, about mugging. You post a large number of rumours per session gloating about your muggings, and announcing plans for your next muggings. All of this adds up, as well as your previous bans and reputation - to show that you are just a mugging character, who can provide little to no valuable roleplay to the server. The testimony of a small handful of Takahashi players that you "have been helpful in the 1 week you were there" is not doing much to disprove that, either. PK hunting, most failmugs (which you have done at least one) and NITRP are all bannable offenses. Referencing Canadian's judgement on your perma ban appeal: "If you are banned again it will be extended to permanent once more." Thus I extended your ban to permanent. TL;DR - I was asked to ban you if I believed your actions constituted a ban, I did, as did numerous other staff. You had a 1 strike, you're out policy laid out to you when you were unperma'd. Good luck on the appeal.

Whilst I agree that your actions do not constitute AMRDM, the Fail Corruption rulebreak is valid. You have (to my knowledge) received a PD blacklist and character ban for this, so I am happy to reduce your ban to 1 day. It's worth considering contacting staff in future if you have roleplay ideas or scenarios, like this one, that can break from the usual expected processes and bend the rules a bit - an admin or GM could definitely oversee a hostage style escalation like this, and deliver a smoother and more exciting experience for everyone involved. You did indeed drop body bags, as claimed by the TM and supporting staff member Velocity. This is blatant powergame and forces the TM and his peers into an unfair roleplay scenario, which could lead to accusation, arrest, or otherwise detrimental outcomes: Powergaming is described as forcing a scenario or roleplay onto someone against their will, usually in violation of the rules. Using other game mechanics to powergame can include, attempting to force players to do things outside of the server, forcing players to commit suicide, forcing players to commit crimes, forcing players to RP or /me's against their will, forcing players to give their f3, etc etc,

I appreciate your apology, and I think your willingness to admit fault would be considered by whichever of my peers reviews this ban - But to clarify, each room is its own unique property, once you are inside, clearing each individual room is considered multiple unique raids, yeah I don't know the full context of your involvement with the event, or the prior event at Harbour - But the logs for you doing these various things have coordinate values that can be tracked to the properties vicinity Anyway, good luck on your appeal - feel free to have a look over our server rules again in the meantime

Hi, banning admin here - You can see how you raided 8 separate rooms within 6 minutes, in the logs - this starts at the Motel, and moves to essentially the entirety of the deli apartments. You did this during the allocated GM event time, when there was a large sign on the building that said "GM EVENT, DO NOT DISTURB OR BE KICKED" as placed by another Seasoned Admin. - in fairness you did use the backdoor, but you were an active participant in the prior harbor event, and had been around the front multiple times looking at your logs. You were clearly able to attend the event, given that 1. you raided all of these rooms during it, and 2. you were actively betting and gambling before and afterwards, if your money transfer logs are anything to go by. I am aware, but you were an active member of the hit, and burnt and chopped the body yourself - you don't need to get the kill shot to be involved in a don's orders

Hi, banning admin here: You did a PK, chopped up the body into parts, gave said parts to a member of your faction who was on an alt character, who proceeded to then place those body parts into a rival factions storage crate in their store, afterwards whitelisting said alt into your faction and logging off. This is blatant powergaming, and assisting your faction member in character abusing in the process. You also proceeded to log off within the 15 minute PK active timer, so I can now inform you that your character has also been PK'ed. All the food inspections I've had were great roleplay Shooting the inspector to death would somewhat kill the vibe

@DopeAsRoeI think you should apply for staff, you'd get the command, and you'd be really good at it!

PO's haven't held people back before Rain is a passionate player for sure and if he put that same energy into staffing it would surely be a good thing I think he should be given a chance to do so +1 (add me as recommended)
