+1 Known in the community, is a good rper, and definitely has potential for staff

+1 Mr. Whitecollar, just as a mere citizen, was able to create a successful business which is incredibly active networking with other businesses in the city, hiring civilians to do unique tasks for his organization and Whitecollar himself creating fun events frequently for the server to enjoy. He just knows how to stimulate legal rp correctly. Now imagine what he could do with a faction, the Oil Industry needs someone like Whitecollar desperately right now.

Andy is a very active player and does bring positive interactions time to time. Although, I do not believe he is level-headed enough to treat all cases he takes as staff completely fairly. He is a very hot-headed person sometimes, and it can be put on full-display if someone attacks his nationality. He can also have a bias towards other Turkish players. For now, it is a -1 but everything is subject to change so if he made a future staff application, I may have a differing opinion. Goodluck on your application.

+1 He may have had a smeared record before but he has shown to take things more seriously and believe his addition to staff would be impactful. Plus he has a ton of experience by now with legal and criminal rp.
