Hi banning admin here, I explained it is still a no-no and then I banned you for 2 days as time for you to read the rules. Considering it is item transfer bans are usually longer I felt really generous in the tike I banned for. For context you had been reported for ITEM transfer and after looking at the clip and logs I saw you and your friend item transferring heroin between characters infron of the heroin NPC. I believe you should simply use the time left on your ban to go over server rules

Hi Banning admin here from what i remember is was not to do with that hostage situation and something else where you had killed a person with no reason when i tried to find you you had left around 10 mins after the kill hence the LATP as when you kill a person you have to wait 15 mins before changing characters or leaving the server, i was just going to warn for RDM if you was there but since from my point of view you had LTAP'ed so it was added in the ban
