Hi Banning admin here from what i remember is was not to do with that hostage situation and something else where you had killed a person with no reason when i tried to find you you had left around 10 mins after the kill hence the LATP as when you kill a person you have to wait 15 mins before changing characters or leaving the server, i was just going to warn for RDM if you was there but since from my point of view you had LTAP'ed so it was added in the ban

if you got a Don's order doesnt matter if they find you they find you AFK doesnt invalidate the PK itself

in the clip when you turned to see the detective, you can clear see they are a cop and the fact they tried to taze you, but what you did was reload your empty gun and run into the gun store. it is very clear they are trying to arrest you so lack of verbal command is not an excuse when you with your gun pointing at them and reloading instead of putting it on safety or straight up putting it away. y made no effort to surrender and it clearly looks like you intended to fight you are a clear active threat especially since you pointed a gun at him reloaded when he tried to taze. and as said lack of verbal command is no excuse.

Hi Banning admin here when i pulled you you was seemed to be AFK so i though i would warn you since it you had one PO i believe for VDM, however after it being pointed out this resulted in the deaths of 5 people, you and another person to which i banned for metagame which he clearly didnt care he was metagaming with the response of "and so what" after looking over the clip you had ran over 2 people a cop and someone in your faction because you and your friend metagaming so he can avoid his arrest. the car exploded taking out him the cop and 3 others, your friend even clipped and posted you two metagaming and the mass RDM Summary: you and your friend metagame'd you ran over the cop and a friend/associate of yours because of the metagame to prevent arrest your car blew up killing the cop and 4 others you got banned for all of it

So I'm gonna describe what I see from a second opinion here, he walks in from of your car and stops you beep the horn and not a second late drive I to him (he didn't move into your car) you get out, he gets up pulls out a gun because when you are ran over it resets your ammo and takes it off safety, doesn't threaten other than maybe pointing at you however he puts the gun away and doesn't engage with you. He gets ran over and do does the shotgun guy you wait for them to get up killing the guy you ran over and the shotgun guy who never threatened you or even took his gun off his back. I do not see a real reason to kill especially the guy with the shotgun as he didn't even threaten you at all.

He is blacklisted from PD for massRDM as a cop his reason was to be a corrupt cop to add rp

As shown in the video your friend tried to rdm someone and said person was defending themselves, then you jumped in killing him you wanted a reason to kill someone and that's evident, if you think a staff member is biased then feel free to make a staff report

Banning admin here to put it simply you cant kill a person for being a coward, active threat sure which there weren't especially not to you. you have two previous notes for RDM so i believe a ban was in order and give you time to reflect on your actions you been here long enough to know rules surrounding killing RDM etc. Just because a person is being a coward in a "boxing fight" between two consenting parties (you being neither of them) does not give you justification to kill them.
