It's just funny that I get PK'd over lack of information on PK Guidelines

This is what I've been saying, but people don't seem to get it. Yeah I should have Roleplayed the arrest but I saw the chance to like get away from it because instead of tasing me because there are literally 3 of them chasing me he decides to attack me. The thing is I would never and I mean never risk my own character because of a felony if there are multiple officers around me because I know there is like no chance of going against them alone only if they escalate the situation/shoot. I spent a lot of time on my PD Char to know that this should be invalid I never strike someone with a baton that I think has a gun because I know if he shoots me and even if I manage to kill him I can't do anything I called some and they get denied always. If the rules were fixed and it stated that baton is non-violent then this would be valid and I would not appeal this is any way and I wouldn't shoot in the first place I would just continue evading them until they finally catch me so the key word in the rules is "Damage" just what they did to me with the baton and even after it with the gunshots from SMG and Glock before I shot the Probationary Officer. If needed I can provide more clips to staff of people dying after they got striked with baton and shortly after pulling out their weapons and shooting if my streamable didn't delete some because its like 90 days i think.

hahahaha I added that because I know when I shoot someone the server doesn't detect it so I tested it with my custom hitsound to see how many shots will it take to kill someone or does it even detect (couple of my shots always go undetected)

Why would it say fired first or escalated to shootout why doesn't it say only fired first because for you firing is the only way to escalate the situation, read the rules again.

Yes you can't die from it but it damages you and therefore escalates the situation and starts the violent confrontation.

I just got the information that I was indeed PK'd because I shot at the Probationary Officer I want the Administration to take a look at my video because the Admin that PK'd me didn't want to look at it, so my HUD is turned on you can see my HP when I shoot at the Cop that hit me with the baton he pulls out his SMG and drops my HP a bit and a second before I kill him you can hear the shots ring out from the Senior Officer that killed me showing that the confrontation was on (You can slow down the video if you are not sure but you don't need to because it clearly shows that he shot at me before I kill the other officer.). (Generally we want people to not immediately go for the gun when dealing with Police, as a result if you escalate a situation to a shootout and lose you can be punished via PK as your character was killed. This does not apply if it is the Police that fired first or ESCALATED to a shootout.) This should be a straightforward appeal where you go by the rules and the rules only nothing out of the them. Let's say the Officer never hit me with the baton and I pull out my MAC-11 and start shooting them that would be a different scenario where I would never even appeal the PK. But that doesn't matter since the Officer escalated the situation as it states in the rules that only "Taser" does not escalate the situation, and while I dealt with the Officer that hit me and later shot me, the other Officer started the confrontation making my character immune to the PK because I shot at the Probationary Officer. But what else can I say but the PKing admin can only wish me Good Luck. I don't think thats on him for PKing me I think thats on the rules not being clear and my situation was a bit different because I didn't get to show him my clip. I am not trying to find a loophole in the rules you can clearly see the rules by yourself.

I was evading the arrest and shortly after the same cop pulls out a baton and starts hitting me initiating a confrontation because he is damaging me in that moment I pulled out a gun killed him and I got killed by a Senior Officer on my right. So same scenario happened when I was on my PD Char and I happen to shot a guy that pulled out a gun on us because another cop was hitting him with a baton. One Admin says it's a PK another says it's not so I wouldn't be that dumb to shoot 3 cops to risk my char if i know i was in the right or if the staff told me you can see the video I provided me being on a roof and another cop hitting him and it wasn't a PK after I killed him. So in the PK Guidelines it says "Note: In the server the tazer is non violent as it cannot physically kill or damage the player.)" I don't see a taser mentioned here the admin that PK'd me said it is not a violent confrontation because it's like a taser but it clearly states that taser doesn't "DAMAGE" because damaging is a violent confrontation and I shot at the cop that escalated the situation and while I was doing it another cop was fast and started shooting the same second. Next time please when this happens make it clear in the rules because some admins see it a bit differently if the excuse is that I shot at the Probie that did not have the gun out yes it's because when I shot at the cop that hit me with the baton the SO shot at me escalating the whole situation I didn't have time to react to shoot at him first because I was focused on the probie I would ofc shoot first at the SO but he got me fast because the black officer i killed hit me couple times with his smg you can slow down my clip and hear the gunshots coming from the glock even before I shoot at the Probationary Officer. I wouldn't shoot at him if the cop didn't shoot me with the smg and the SO with the Glock. Just to remind staff that when I asked for a PK on my cop char it got rejected because Konrad Samuel hit someone with his baton 4 minutes ago and the guy just pulled out his gun didn't get to shot and he got mowed down and nothing happened.

Is it his problem that the cop didn't know who he was but still shot him? I don't see your point, he killed him within the 5 minutes.

You guys switched to your Supreme chars the same second someone gave you metagaming information which I am pretty sure only Staff could if they spectated. And basically there is no valid argument from you Andy just sends the private medal clip where Tupac and Don are talking about PKing Andy. And while he wasn't on the server at that time before he was set PK Active they got killed. And I repeat again it doesn't make any sense "my character learned that he and the Don were working together to remove me. Because of that, I acted before he could act against me. " He was first saying it was about Tupac not giving him the money (not ordering him) and now its because he smelled betrayal. Okay realistically why didn't you PK them back then when they got the money from Knowledge when you "found out" but you waited for them to go against you, that doesn't make any sense whatsoever, both you and your friends loaded in at the same time which is weird went on Supreme Chars and PKed both of them. Do you really see the message you sent as an order? You were polite and passive, you even asked him if he could help you out. That doesn't sound like you're giving orders. If you had phrased it differently, then it could have been interpreted as an order.
